Խորթ հայրը սպանել է 10 ամսական երեխային՝ շատ լացելու պատճառով

Բելառուսի Վիտեբսկ քաղաքում ձերբակալվել է 27-ամյա տղամարդը, որը կասկածվում է 10 ամսական երեխայի մահվան մեջ։ Դեպքի հանգամանքները քննվում են Վիտեբսկի մարզի քննչական կոմիտեի կողմից։
Քննչական մարմնի տվյալներով՝ հունիսի 25-ի գիշերը ոստիկանությունը շտապօգնության ծառայությունից տեղեկություն է ստացել, որ Վիտեբսկի բնակարաններից մեկում հայտնաբերվել է 10 ամսական աղջկա մահացած մարմինը։
Դեպքի վայր մեկնած քննիչները երեխայի մարմնի վրա հայտնաբերել են վնասվածքներ, որոնք նախնական տվյալներով վկայել են մահվան բռնի բնույթի մասին։ Մահվան պատճառը պարզելու համար նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
Քննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ երեխայի մոր 27-ամյա զուգընկերը, նյարդայնացած լինելով երեխայի հաճախակի լացից, հունիսին մի օր բռնություն է գործադրել փոքրիկի նկատմամբ և մի քանի անգամ հարվածել նրա գլխին։
Մայրը, ըստ քննության տվյալների, տեղեկացված է եղել տեղի ունեցածի մասին, սակայն բժշկական օգնության կամ ոստիկանության չի դիմել։ Մի քանի օր անց երեխայի վիճակը կտրուկ վատացել է, և նա դադարել է շնչել, ինչից հետո մայրը շտապօգնություն է կանչել։
Դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ երեխայի մահվան պատճառը գլխի փակ վնասվածքն է եղել, որը հանգեցրել է ուղեղի այտուցի և հետագա ծանր բարդությունների։ Փորձագետների գնահատմամբ՝ վնասվածքները երեխային կարող էին հասցված լինել մահվանից մոտ մեկից երկու շաբաթ առաջ։
27-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել անօգնական վիճակում գտնվող անչափահասի սպանության համար։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է կալանավորումը։
Քննության ընթացքում պարզվել է նաև, որ տղամարդը մտավոր առողջության հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունի։ Նրա վիճակը գնահատելու համար նշանակվել է ստացիոնար դատահոգեբուժական փորձաքննություն։
Քրեական վարույթը շարունակվում է։ Քննիչները պարզում են դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, ինչպես նաև ուսումնասիրում են երեխայի մոր գործողությունները՝ դրանց իրավական գնահատական տալու համար։
