ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը ստորագրել է հրամանագիր, որով կոչ է արվում նվազեցնել մանկական պատվաստանյութերի քանակը և նաև խորհուրդ է տրվում բաժանել կարմրուկի, կարմրախտի և խոզուկի (ԿԿԽ) պատվաստումները։ «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին հաղորդում է BBC-ն։
«Տասնամյակներ առաջ երեխաները ստանում էին այսօր անհրաժեշտ պատվաստանյութերի միայն մի փոքր մասը։ Այդ ժամանակներում մարդիկ շատ ավելի առողջ էին, և, իհարկե, այժմ դիտարկվող աուտիզմի բարձր ցուցանիշները գոյություն չունեին», - օգոստոսի 10-ին հրամանագիրը ստորագրելուց հետո ասել է Թրամփը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում։
BBC-ն հիշեցնում է, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահը վաղուց կասկածի տակ է դրել ԿԿԽ պատվաստանյութերի անվտանգությունը, սակայն բազմաթիվ ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում որևէ կապ չի հայտնաբերվել պատվաստանյութերի և աուտիզմի միջև։
Հրամանագրով խորհուրդ է տրվում մանկական պատվաստանյութերի քանակն Ամերիկյան մանկաբուժության ակադեմիայի (AAP) կողմից առաջարկվող առկա 18 պատվաստանյութերից նվազեցնել մինչև 11։
Թրամփի հրամանագիրը ծառայում է որպես ուղեցույց և պարտադիր ուժ չունի, քանի որ դպրոց հաճախելու համար անհրաժեշտ պատվաստանյութերը սահմանվում են նահանգային մակարդակով, այլ ոչ թե դաշնային կառավարության կողմից։
Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարը նաև ասել է, որ իր վարչակազմը «ճանաչում է միայն ամենալուրջ և վտանգավոր հիվանդությունների դեմ 11 հիմնական պատվաստումների ոսկե ստանդարտ հանդիսացող հանձնարարականները»։
Հրամանագրի համաձայն՝ բոլոր երեխաների համար խորհուրդ տրվող պատվաստումներն են կարմրուկի, խոզուկի, կարմրախտի, դիֆթերիայի, փայտացման, կապույտ հազի, պոլիոմիելիտի, հեմոֆիլուս ինֆլուենզա Բ տիպի, պնևմոկոկային հիվանդության, մարդու պապիլոմավիրուսի և ջրծաղիկի դեմ պատվաստումները։
