Հաճախորդների շնորհակալության օրը՝ այս անգամ IDBank-ի «Էրեբունի» մասնաճյուղում
SOCIETYIDBank-ի՝ հաճախորդներին առանց որևէ առիթի շնորհակալություն հայտնելու և անակնկալներ մատուցելու նախաձեռնությունն այս անգամ անցկացվեց «Էրեբունի» մասնաճյուղում։ Արդեն ավանդույթ դարձած Շնորհակալության օրվա անցկացումը տարբեր մասնաճյուղերում հաճախորդներին ավելի մոտ լինելու Բանկի առաքելության կարևոր մասն է։
IDBank-ի հաճախորդների փորձառության կառավարման բաժնի ղեկավար Սեդա Ավագյանի խոսքով՝ նախագիծը լայն արձագանք է գտել հաճախորդների շրջանում, ինչն ավելի է պարտավորեցնում հետևողական լինել թե՛ սպասարկման որակի բարձրացման, թե՛ շրջակա տարածքների կանաչապատման ու բարեկարգման հարցերում։
