Եթե ԱՄՆ-ն մեզ վաճառի Patriot hրթիռների 5 տոկոսը, մենք կհաղթահարենք ձմեռը․ ես ունեմ 1 տոկոս։ Այս մասին CNN հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այս տարի Ուկրաինան 2,5 անգամ ավելի քիչ կալանիչ հրթիռներ է ստացել Patriot համակարգերի համար, քան 2025 թվականին։ Զելենսկին խոստովանել է, որ ավելի մեծ քանակությամբ հրթիռներ ստանալու համար փորձում է տարբեր գործարքներ կնքել, որոնց բովանդակությունը չի բացահայտել։
«Ահա թե ինչով եմ ապրում ես ամեն օր՝ 1%-ից մինչև 5%: Ես ունեմ մի քանի ամիս և միլիոնավոր հեռախոսազանգեր։ Ես փորձում եմ ինչ-որ բան փոխանակել հրթիռների հետ։ Ես անում եմ որոշ բաներ, որոնց մասին նույնիսկ չեմ կարող պատմել։ Դա չի նշանակում, թե դա անօրինական է։ Բայց ես չեմ կարող դրա մասին խոսել», - ասել է նա։
Զելենսկին մինչ օրս պատասխան չունի՝ արդյոք ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը կհամաձայնի Ուկրաինային փոխանցել Patriot հրթիռների ինքնուրույն արտադրության լիցենզիաները։
«Հույս ունեմ, որ ինձ դա կհաջողվի։ Այժմ ես չունեմ 5%-ը, և չունեմ նման հավանություն։ Եվ դա ինձ համար մեծ մարտահրավեր է՝ ամենամեծերից մեկը, որին բախվել եմ այս պատերազմի հենց սկզբից»,- ասել է նա։
Զելենսկին խոստովանել է, որ աղերսել է Սպիտակ տանը զանգերի և հաղորդագրությունների միջոցով ուղղակիորեն, ինչպես նաև դաշնակիցների միջոցով՝ ավելացնելու մատակարարումները։ Նա նաև հաստատել է, որ վերջերս հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսի հետ։ Այնուամենայնիվ, նա հրաժարվել է հայտնել՝ արդյոք Վենսը պահանջել է դադարեցնել հարվածները Կասպյան խողովակաշարային կոնսորցիումի ենթակառուցվածքներին, ինչի մասին ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր Financial Times թերթը։
Նշենք, որ հուլիսի սկզբին ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ Թրամփը հայտարարել էր ապագայում Ուկրաինայում Patriot-ի լիցենզավորված արտադրություն հիմնելու հնարավորության մասին։ Bloomberg գործակալությունը նշում էր, որ Ուկրաինայում Patriot ՀՕՊ համակարգերի համար կալանիչ հրթիռների արտադրության թողարկումը երկար ժամանակ կպահանջի և թույլ չի տա Կիևին արագ համալրել զինանոցները։
Հուլիսի վերջին Թրամփը կասկածի տակ դրեց Կիևին Patriot-ի և դրանց հրթիռների արտադրության տեխնոլոգիաների փոխանցման հեռանկարները։ Նա նշեց, որ ԱՄՆ-ը պետք է շատ զգույշ լինի այլ երկրներին ամերիկյան սպառազինության արտադրության լիցենզիաներ տրամադրելու հարցում։
