Եվրոպական միությունը կարևոր արդյունք է համարում առևտրային և տարանցիկ սահմանափակումների վերացումը, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի հասարակությունների միջև շփումների ընդլայնումը՝ երկու երկրների միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրի նախագծի նախաստորագրումից անցած մեկ տարվա ընթացքում։

Այս մասին «Report»-ի եվրոպական բյուրոյին հայտնել է ԵՄ արտաքին գործերի և անվտանգության քաղաքականության ծառայության (EEAS) մամուլի քարտուղար Անիտա Հիպերը։

«Խաղաղության համաձայնագրի նախագծի նախաստորագրումը և խաղաղության գործընթացի վերաբերյալ համատեղ հռչակագրի ստորագրումը 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 8-ին պատմական քայլեր էին Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների լիարժեք կարգավորման ճանապարհին», – ասել է EEAS-ի մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավարը։

Մասնավորապես, ԵՄ-ն ընդգծում է առևտրային և տարանցիկ սահմանափակումների վերացումը, ձերբակալված անձանց ազատ արձակումը, ինչպես նաև երկու երկրների ներկայացուցիչների միջև շփումների ընդլայնումը «Խաղաղության կամուրջ» (Peace Bridge) նախաձեռնության շրջանակում։

Միաժամանակ Բրյուսելը անհրաժեշտ է համարում շարունակել ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացումը և ապահովել խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումն ու վավերացումը։

ԵՄ-ն նաև աջակցում է հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ուղղությամբ գործնական քայլերի շարունակմանը, ինչպիսիք են կապակցվածության, առևտրի և էներգետիկայի ոլորտներում համագործակցության ընդլայնումը, նշել է Հիպերը։

Նա հավելել է, որ ոչ պակաս կարևոր է սահմանների դելիմիտացիայի և դեմարկացիայի գործընթացի շարունակումը, հումանիտար խնդիրների լուծումը և հաշտեցման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքը, այդ թվում՝ հասարակությունների մակարդակով։

«ԵՄ-ն պատրաստ է լրացուցիչ աջակցություն և փորձագիտական աջակցություն տրամադրել այս բոլոր ուղղություններով», – հայտարարել է Եվրամիության ներկայացուցիչը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության և միջպետական հարաբերությունների հաստատման մասին համաձայնագրի տեքստի նախաստորագրումը տեղի է ունեցել 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 8-ին Վաշինգտոնում կայացած գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ, որին մասնակցել են ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը և Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
