Վրաստանի Պետական անվտանգության ծառայության հակակոռուպցիոն գործակալության աշխատակիցները առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախության կասկածանքով ձերբակալել են վեց մարդու։ Գործով անցնում են Վրաստանի հինգ քաղաքացի և Թուրքիայի մեկ քաղաքացի, հայտնում է Georgia Online-ը։

ՊԱԾ-ի տվյալներով, ձերբակալվածները մասնակցել են երկու առանձին սխեմաների, որոնք կապված են Վրաստանում մնալու օրինական հիմքերը պահպանել փորձող օտարերկրացիների խաբեության հետ։

Առաջին դեպքում Վրաստանի չորս քաղաքացիներ և Թուրքիայի մեկ քաղաքացի իրենց հայրենակցին խոստացել են 14,5 հազար դոլարի դիմաց ձևակերպել կացության թույլտվություն։ Սակայն խոստումը չեն կատարել, և տղամարդու՝ երկրում օրինական գտնվելու ժամկետը լրացել է։

Դրանից հետո, իմանալով նրա անօրինական կարգավիճակի մասին, գործով անցնողները 3 հազար դոլարի դիմաց առաջարկել են խնդիրը լուծել այլ եղանակով։ Նրանք օգտագործել են օտարերկրացու անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթը և փաստաթղթերում կատարել պետական սահմանի երկու հատման մասին պաշտոնական նշումներ, թեև իրականում տղամարդը Վրաստանից դուրս չէր եկել։

Երկրորդ դրվագում Վրաստանի մի քաղաքացի Թուրքմենստանի քաղաքացուն, որի թույլատրված գտնվելու ժամկետը մոտենում էր ավարտին, խոստացել է կազմակերպել նրա ելքը երկրից և հետագա մուտքը սահմանով։ Ծառայության համար նա պահանջել է 4 հազար դոլար։ Թեև խոստումը կատարել չի հաջողվել, տղամարդը ստացել է պայմանավորված գումարի մի մասը։

Ձերբակալվածների նկատմամբ քննությունն իրականացվում է Վրաստանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 180-րդ և 19-180-րդ հոդվածներով՝ խարդախություն և խարդախության փորձ։ Նրանց կարող է սպառնալ մինչև 9 տարվա ազատազրկում։

ՊԱԾ-ում հայտարարել են, որ քննությունը շարունակվում է։ Քննիչները պարզում են սխեմաների հնարավոր այլ մասնակիցներին։
