Մալարիայի հարուցիչի նոր՝ դեղամիջոցների նկատմամբ դիմացկուն շտամների տարածումը գիտնականների շրջանում նոր մտահոգությունների պատճառ է դարձել։ Ներկայում նման դեպքերի հիմնական օջախը Ուգանդան է, սակայն մասնագետները չեն բացառում, որ հարուցիչը մարդկանց ակտիվ տեղաշարժի պայմաններում կարող է հայտնվել նաև այլ երկրներում։
Ինչպես հայտնում է Past.am-ը, Բրաունի համալսարանի մոլեկուլային կենսաբանների միջազգային խումբը հետազոտել է այն հիվանդների արյան նմուշները, որոնց դեպքում մալարիայի դեմ կիրառվող ստանդարտ բուժումը ցանկալի արդյունք չի տվել։ Գիտնականները հայտնաբերել են մակաբույծի գենետիկական փոփոխություններ, որոնք թույլ են տալիս նրան դիմակայել որոշ լայնորեն կիրառվող դեղամիջոցների ազդեցությանը։
Հետազոտության համաձայն՝ այդ մուտացիաները սկսել են ձևավորվել դեռևս 2000-ական թվականներին և ժամանակի ընթացքում նպաստել են դեղակայուն շտամների տարածմանը։ Ուգանդայի որոշ շրջաններում նման հարուցիչները հայտնաբերվում են մալարիայի դեպքերի զգալի հատվածում։
Մասնագետների գնահատմամբ՝ խնդրի դեմ պայքարելու համար անհրաժեշտ են նոր սերնդի հակամալարիային դեղամիջոցներ։ Առանձնահատուկ մտահոգություն է առաջացնում նաև միջազգային ակտիվ տեղաշարժը, քանի որ վարակված մարդիկ կարող են հարուցիչը տեղափոխել այլ երկրներ։
Կարո՞ղ է մալարիան տարածվել մոծակների միջոցով այլ երկրներում
Մալարիան փոխանցվում է վարակված Anopheles ցեղի էգ մոծակների խայթոցի միջոցով։ Մոծակների այս ցեղը տարածված է տարբեր տարածաշրջաններում, սակայն հիվանդության տեղական փոխանցման համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունի նաև կլիման։
Ցուրտ կլիմայական պայմաններում մալարիայի մակաբույծի զարգացումը մոծակի օրգանիզմում կարող է դանդաղել կամ ընդհատվել։ Այդ պատճառով որոշ երկրներում մալարիայի դեպքերի մեծ մասը կապված է վարակված տարածաշրջաններից մարդկանց ժամանման հետ։
Այնուամենայնիվ, ներմուծված դեպքերը որոշակի պայմաններում կարող են հանգեցնել տեղական փոխանցման։ Եթե վարակված մարդուն խայթի համապատասխան մոծակ, այն կարող է վարակվել և հետագայում հարուցիչը փոխանցել մեկ այլ մարդու։
Դեղակայուն նոր շտամների վարքագիծը տարբեր կլիմայական պայմաններում դեռևս ամբողջությամբ ուսումնասիրված չէ։ Հետևաբար գիտնականները շարունակում են հետևել դրանց տարածմանը և գենետիկական փոփոխություններին։
Ինչպե՞ս պաշտպանվել մալարիայից
Մալարիայի տարածման բարձր ռիսկ ունեցող երկրներ մեկնելու դեպքում կարևոր է հնարավորինս խուսափել մոծակների խայթոցներից։ Դրա համար խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել միջատներին վանող միջոցներ, քնել մոծակապաշտպան ցանցերի տակ և ընտրել հնարավորինս պաշտպանված կացարաններ։
Մալարիայի տարածվածության բարձր մակարդակ ունեցող երկրներ ճանապարհորդելուց առաջ անհրաժեշտ է բժշկի հետ քննարկել կանխարգելիչ հակամալարիային դեղամիջոցների օգտագործման հարցը։
Մալարիան տարածված է Աֆրիկայի, Ասիայի և Լատինական Ամերիկայի մի շարք երկրներում։ Հիվանդության ռիսկային գոտուց վերադառնալուց հետո բարձր ջերմության, դողէրոցքի, գլխացավի, մկանային ցավերի կամ արտահայտված թուլության դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ դիմել բժշկի և տեղեկացնել, որ վերջերս եղել եք մալարիայի տարածման գոտում։
Մալարիան կարող է արագ զարգանալ և առանց ժամանակին բուժման ծանր հետևանքներ առաջացնել, ուստի նման ախտանշանների դեպքում ինքնաբուժմամբ զբաղվելը խորհուրդ չի տրվում։
