Ռոստովի մարզում ավարտվել է Տագանրոգում երկու վեց ամսական երկվորյակների հետ կապված աղմկահարույց քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։ Կնոջը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երեխային սպանելու, երկրորդ նորածնի սպանության փորձի և ծնողական պարտականությունները չկատարելու համար։ Գործն արդեն ուղարկվել է դատարան։

Ինչպես հայտնում է Past.am-ը, ողբերգական դեպքը տեղի էր ունեցել 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ին՝ Մայրերի օրը։ Տագանրոգի խանութներից մեկի նախասրահում հայտնաբերել էին մանկական մահճակալ, որի մեջ երկու վեց ամսական երկվորյակներ էին։ Երեխաներից մեկը մահացած էր, իսկ մյուսը ծանր վիճակում էր։

Ըստ քննության՝ երեխաների մայրը դեպքի օրը գտնվել է ծանր ալկոհոլային հարբածության վիճակում։ Քննիչների տվյալներով՝ նա նախկինում ևս բազմիցս երեխաներին թողել էր առանց սննդի, ջրի և պատշաճ հսկողության։

Դեպքի օրը կինը, ըստ նախաքննության, բռնություն է գործադրել նորածինների նկատմամբ՝ հարվածներ հասցնելով նրանց գլխին և մարմնին։ Երեխաներից մեկը ստացած ծանր վնասվածքների հետևանքով մահացել է, իսկ մյուսի կյանքը բժիշկներին հաջողվել է փրկել։

Ականատեսների պատմածի համաձայն՝ կինը երեխաների հետ մտել էր խանութ և որոշ ժամանակ անց սկսել էր գոռալ ու լաց լինել։ Նրա զուգընկերը, տեսնելով տեղի ունեցածը, ասել էր, որ երեխաներից մեկը մահացել է։ Շտապօգնության բժիշկները հաստատել էին նորածնի մահը, իսկ երկրորդ երեխային տեղափոխել էին վերակենդանացման բաժանմունք։

Մայրը դեպքի վայրից փախել էր, սակայն նույն օրը ձերբակալվել էր։ Ավելի ուշ, սթափվելուց հետո, նա, ըստ իրավապահների, խոստովանել էր կատարվածը։

Քննության ընթացքում պարզվել է նաև, որ կինը նախկինում ևս խնդիրներ է ունեցել ծնողական պարտականությունների կատարման հետ։ Նրա առաջին ամուսնությունից 10-ամյա որդին այժմ ապրում է հոր հետ, որը նախկինում դատարանում պայքարել էր երեխայի խնամակալությունն ստանալու համար։

Ողջ մնացած երկվորյակի խնամքը, ըստ հրապարակված տեղեկությունների, ստանձնել է երեխաների հայրը՝ հայտարարելով, որ ինքնուրույն կմեծացնի որդուն։

Կնոջը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Ռուսաստանի Քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով՝ անչափահասի սպանության, սպանության փորձի և ծնողական պարտականությունները չկատարելու համար։ Գործը կքննի Ռոստովի մարզային դատարանը։

Ռուսաստանի օրենսդրությամբ անչափահասի սպանության համար նախատեսված առավելագույն պատիժը կարող է լինել ցմահ ազատազրկումը, սակայն կանանց նկատմամբ այդ պատժատեսակը չի կիրառվում։
