Էջմիածնի շենքերից մեկի բակում վիճաբանություն է եղել, հարված է ստացել նաև 10-ամյա աղջիկ

Օգոստոսի 2-ին Արմավիրի մարզի Էջմիածին քաղաքում՝ Արագածի զանգվածի 14-րդ շենքի բակում, միջադեպ է տեղի ունեցել, որի հետևանքով, ընտանիքի պնդմամբ, տուժել է նաև 10-ամյա աղջիկը։ Դեպքի առթիվ ընտանիքը դիմել է իրավապահներին։ Հարցով զբաղվում են ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի ոստիկանները։
SHAMSHYAN.com-ին դիմած Նարինե Բարոյանը պատմեց, որ դեպքից առաջ իրենց և նույն շենքում բնակվող ընտանիքի միջև արդեն մի քանի անգամ լարված իրավիճակներ են առաջացել։ Մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ հարևան ընտանիքի անդամներից մեկը խնդիր է ունեցել իր որդու հետ, որից հետո ևս մի քանի միջադեպեր են գրանցվել։ Որոշ դեպքերում իր ամուսնուն կանչել են բակ, սակայն իրենք, իրավիճակի հնարավոր սրման մտավախություն ունենալով, փորձել են խուսափել որևէ առճակատումից։
«Մենք նրանցից չենք վախենում, պարզապես գիտենք, որ ոչ ոք նրանց հետ չի ցանկանում առնչվել, և փորձում էինք խուսափել խնդիրներից»,- նշեց տուժած երեխայի մայրը։
Անդրադառնալով օգոստոսի 2-ի դեպքին՝ նա պատմեց, որ այդ օրը իրենց տանը հավաքված են եղել հարազատները։ Երեկոյան, երբ դուրս են եկել բակ՝ հյուրերին ճանապարհելու, այնտեղ են հայտնվել նաև հարևան ընտանիքի անդամները։ Սկզբում վիճաբանություն է առաջացել ամուսնու և հարևան տղամարդու միջև։ Ձայները լսելով՝ ինքը, իսկ ապա նաև 10-ամյա դուստրը իջել են բակ։
«Վայրկյանների ընթացքում իրավիճակը շատ լարվեց․ նրանց ընտանիքի անդամները հավաքվեցին մեր գլխին։ Այդ կինը հասավ աղջկաս վրա, իսկ ես միջտեղը մտա, որպեսզի թույլ չտամ նրան հարվածել երեխայիս»,- պատմեց քաղաքացին՝ հավելելով, որ այդ ընթացքում դուստրը գլխի հատվածում հարված է ստացել, գլխապտույտ ունեցել և հենվել բակում կայանված «BMW» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային։
Ընտանիքի պնդմամբ՝ 10-ամյա աղջիկն ունի տեսողության հետ կապված խնդիրներ (կարճատեսություն), ինչպես նաև նախկինում գլխի հետ կապված առողջական խնդիրներ է ունեցել, ինչի պատճառով պարբերաբար բժշկական հետազոտություններ է անցնում։
Մայրը նշեց, որ դեպքից հետո սկզբում փորձել են հետևել երեխայի ինքնազգացողությանը, սակայն ավելի ուշ նրա մոտ առաջացել են փսխումներ և աչքերի շրջանում սեղմող ցավեր․
«Ստիպված մեքենայով երեխային Երևան տարանք։ Հիվանդանոցում ԿՏ հետազոտություն արեցին, նյարդավիրաբույժը զննեց։ Ասացին, որ սուր խնդիր չկա»։
Դեպքի վայր ժամանած ոստիկանները տղամարդուն տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության բաժին։ Երեխայի մայրը ցանկանում է, որպեսզի կատարվածի ամբողջական և օբյեկտիվ քննություն իրականացվի, և մեղավորները պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն։
«Ես ոչ մեկից որևէ արտոնություն չեմ ուզում։ Չեմ ուզում, որ ինչ-որ մեկը ինձ համար ինչ-որ բան անի, միայն արդարություն եմ պահանջում։ Եթե մարդը սխալ է արել, թող պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի, եթե չի արել՝ թող դա էլ քննությամբ պարզվի»,- ընդգծեց նա։
Կինը նաև հավելեց, որ որոշ ծանոթներ իրեն խորհուրդ են տվել փաստաբան վարձել՝ պնդելով, թե մյուս կողմը կարող է իրավապահ համակարգում կապեր ունենալ։ Սակայն նա շեշտեց, որ նման տեղեկությունների հավաստիությունը չի կարող հաստատել և չի ցանկանում որևէ մեկին առանց ապացույցների մեղադրել․
«Ես չեմ ասում, որ ինչ-որ մեկը կապեր ունի կամ որևէ մեկը պետք է պաշտպանվի։ Ուզում եմ, որ ամեն ինչ օրենքով լինի։ Եթե իմ աղջկա նկատմամբ որևէ ապօրինի գործողություն է կատարվել, ուզում եմ, որ դա քննվի, և մեղավոր անձը պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի»։
