ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները՝ բաժնի պետ Յուրա Պապյանի գլխավորությամբ, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նաիրիի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Սուրիկ Ջանիկյանի գլխավորությամբ, պարզել են երեկ՝ օգոստոսի 18-ին, Նոր Հաճն քաղաքի Չարենցի փողոցում ողբերգական դեպքի հետևանքով մահացածների և վիրավորի ինքնությունը։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պարզվել է, որ Նոր Հաճն քաղաքում նախկին պոլիկլինիկայի, հետագայում որպես հիվանդանոց շահագործվող շենքի հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքներ կատարելու ժամանակ «Աշկար» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող՝  կռունկավար Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 61-ամյա Վարդան Բ.-ի կողմից շահագործված «Քինգոնգ» մակնիշի ավտոկռունկի բետոնի համար նախատեսված տարայի ամրալարը պոկվելու և բարձրությունից ընկնելուց հետևանքով տարայի վրա կանգնած Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչներ 40-ամյա Գարիկ Մ.-ն և 37-ամյա Միսակ Ո.-ն, մեկը՝ տեղում, մյուսը՝ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին մահացել են, իսկ Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 23-ամյա Վալերի Հ.-ն մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով մահացածներն ու վիրավորը աշխատում են «Աշկար» ՍՊԸ-ում որպես բանվոր, իսկ շինարարական աշխատանքները քննիչի որոշմամբ ժամանակավորապես դադարեցվել են։

Oգոստոսի 18-ին ողբերգական դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 14:50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նաիրիի բաժնում միաժամանակ օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Նոր Հաճն քաղաքում կառուցվող շենքի շինհրապարակում վերամբարձ կռունկի մի հատված, որով ցեխ էին տեղափոխում, պոկվել և ընկել էր աշխատակիցների վրա։

Տեղում հայտնաբերվել էր մահացած 1 հոգի, 2 հոգի էլ, որոնց քաղաքացիներն ու փրկարարները պատգարակներով մոտեցրել էին շտապօգնության մեքենաներին, տեղափոխել էին հիվանդանոց։ Ճանապարհին նրանցից մեկը գիտակցության չգալով մահացել էր։ Մյուսը գտնվում էր ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում և տեղափոխվել էր «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Շենքը, որտեղ տեղի էր ունեցել ողբերգական դեպքը, նախկինում եղել էր Նոր Հաճնի պոլիկլինիկան ու կառավարության ֆինանսավորմամբ այն հիմնանորոգվում էր, կարելի է ասել զրոյից կառուցվում էր շենք Դեպքի փաստով Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել էր քրեական վարույթ:
