Չինաստանը հավանություն է տալիս Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի խոսքերին այն մասին, որ անհրաժեշտ է չմոռանալ այն փաստը, որ Ճապոնիան ՄԱԿ-ի Կանոնադրությունում նշվել է որպես թշնամական պետություն։ Այդ մասին ճեպազրույցում հայտարարել է ՉԺՀ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Լին Ցզյանը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Չինական կողմը հավանություն է տալիս արտգործնախարար Լավրովի հայտարարությանը։ «Թշնամական պետություն» տերևինը ՄԱԿ-ի Կանոնադրության կարևոր դրույթ է»,- ասել է նա։

«Այս տարի լրանում է Տոկիոյի տրիբունալի 80-ամյակը։ Թշնամական պետության մասին այս դրույթի իմաստի հիշեցումը, ինչպես նաև դրա պարտադիր ուժի շեշտադրումը կարևոր նշանակություն ունի չին ժողովրդի՝ ճապոնական ագրեսիայի դեմ դիմադրության պատերազմում և Համաշխարհային հակաֆաշիստական ​​պատերազմում ձեռք բերված արդյունքների պաշտպանության, ինչպես նաև միլիտարիզմի ուրվականի՝ կրկին ուժ հավաքելու կանխարգելման համար»,- հավելել է դիվանագետը։

Նշենք, որ օգոստոսի 17-ին Լավրովը, ՏԱՍՍ-ի խնդրանքով մեկնաբանելով ճապոնական արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչություն ՌԴ դեսպանի կանչը, հիշեցրել է Ճապոնիային, որ ՄԱԿ-ի Կանոնադրությունն ամրագրում է Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի արդյունքները, և լրագրողներին ընթերցել է համապատասխան հոդվածը՝ նշելով, որ Ճապոնիան սկզբում «այս նույն կանոնադրությունում նշվել է որպես թշնամական պետություն և ՄԱԿ-ին միացել է այն բանից հետո, երբ անցել է շատ ժողովուրդների նկատմամբ իր միլիտարիստական ցեղասպանության քաղաքականության մեղքի քավման ճանապարհը»։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ ՄԱԿ-ին անդամակցելիս Ճապոնիան՝ ստորագրելով և վավերացնելով կազմակերպության կանոնադրությունը, ճանաչել է այդ փաստաթղթի սկզբունքները «դրանց ամբողջ ծավալով և դրանց ամբողջ փոխկապակցվածությամբ»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ օգոստոսի 13-ին Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն առաջին անգամ այցելել է Իտուրուպ կղզի։ Ի պատասխան՝ Տոկիոն ռուսական կողմին վճռական բողոք է հայտնել։

Ռուսաստանը և Ճապոնիան 20-րդ դարի կեսերից բանակցություններ են վարել Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի արդյունքներով խաղաղ պայմանագիր մշակելու համար։ Դրան հասնելու հիմնական խոչընդոտը մնում են հարավային Կուրիլների նկատմամբ իրավունքների շուրջ տարաձայնությունները։ Պատերազմի ավարտից հետո ամբողջ արշիպելագը ներառվել է ԽՍՀՄ կազմում, սակայն Ճապոնիան վիճարկում է Իտուրուպի, Կունաշիրի, Շիկոտանի և մի խումբ մանր անբնակ կղզիների պատկանելությունը։ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն բազմիցս ընդգծել է, որ այդ տարածքների նկատմամբ ռուսական ինքնիշխանությունը, որն ունի համապատասխան միջազգային իրավական ձևակերպում, կասկածի ենթակա չէ։
