Այսօր, 36 տարի անց, մեր պարտականությունն է պաշտպանել ոչ միայն մեր սահմանները, այլև մեր պետականության հիմնադիր փաստաթուղթը, մեր անկախության մանդատը․ Սուրենյանց

Քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Անկախության հռչակագիրը 36 տարեկան է

Այսօր մենք նշում ենք մեր նորագույն պատմության ամենաֆունդամենտալ փաստաթղթերից մեկի՝ Անկախության հռչակագրի 36-ամյակը։ Սա պարզապես իրավական ակտ չէր․ սա մեր ժողովրդի կամքի, համազգային շարժման և ազատության ձգտման քաղաքական հաղթանակն էր։

1988-ի շարժումը, որն իր շուրջ համախմբեց ամբողջ հայ ժողովրդին, իր քաղաքական մարմնավորումը ստացավ հենց այս Հռչակագրում։ Այն դարձավ համազգային կոնսենսուսի արձանագրություն, դարձավ հիմք, որի վրա կառուցվեց մեր Երրորդ Հանրապետությունը։

Հռչակագիրը մեզ հուշում է պարզ ճշմարտություն․ Հայաստանի անկախությունը ծնվել է ոչ թե դրսի ուժերի շնորհիվ, այլ մեր ժողովրդի միասնականության ու պայքարի արդյունքում։ Հենց այդ փաստաթղթում են ամփոփված մեր պետականության հիմնասյուները՝ անկախություն, ինքնիշխանություն և ազատություն։

Սակայն այսօր մենք ականատես ենք դառնում փորձերի՝ այդ հիմքերը խարխլելու։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, Ադրբեջանի պահանջով, պատրաստվում են Հռչակագրին հղումը հեռացնել Սահմանադրության նախաբանից։ Սա նշանակում է՝ պետականության խորհրդանիշը ջնջել մեր պետական իրավունքի հիմքից։ Դա վտանգավոր է ոչ միայն պատմական հիշողության, այլև ազգային անվտանգության համար։

Անկախության հռչակագիրը պետք է մնա մեր Սահմանադրության սրտում, որովհետև այն մեր ժողովրդի քաղաքական ու պատմական ինքնության անբաժանելի մասն է։ Այն մեր ազատության մանֆեստն է և այնպիսի արժեք, որից հրաժարվելն նշանակում է հրաժարվել հենց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գաղափարից։

Այսօր, 36 տարի անց, մեր պարտականությունն է պաշտպանել ոչ միայն մեր սահմանները, այլև մեր պետականության հիմնադիր փաստաթուղթը, մեր անկախության մանդատը։

Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս այս լուսավոր տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ։ Թող մեր հավատարիմ մնալը Անկախության հռչակագրի արժեքներին լինի այն ուժը, որը կապահովի Հայաստանի ապագան՝ որպես ազատ, ինքնիշխան և արժանապատիվ պետություն։
