Տևական ժամանակ է՝ Արարատի մարզի Մասիս խոշորացված համայնքի Հովտաշատ, ժողովրդին ավելի հայտնի՝ Մեյմանդար բնակավայրի Պարույր Սևակ փողոցի բնակիչներն իրենց զգում են ոչ թե 21-րդ դարի բնակիչներ, այլ քարե դարի։ Պատճառը մոտ 250-ից ավելի բնակիչների նկատմամբ ոչ սրտացավ մոտեցումն է պատասխանատուների կողմից։
Երեկ՝ օգոստոսի 22-ին, ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցում բնակիչներն արդարացիորեն ասում էին.
«Ասում են՝ իշխանությունները հետևողական պայքար են տանում, որպեսզի գյուղի մարդկանց ապրելակերպը հեշտանա, որ ոչ մի անհարմարություններ գյուղացին չունենա։ Բայց դա կարծես թե մեր փողոցին չի վերաբերվում։ 20 օրից ավելի է խմելու ջրից հիմնահատակ զրկվել ենք։ Էլ չենք ասում, որ փողոցում և ոչ միայն մեր, բացակայում է կոյուղին, բացակայում է գազը, մինչդեռ գազախողովակնրը Արարատի ԳԳՄ-ի աշխատակիցներն ամենափնթի ձևով են տեղադրել, որ մարդիկ նույնիսկ գազախողովակների պատճառով են հայտնվել շրջափակման մեջ, չեն կարողանում իրենց տուն ներս ու դուրս անել։
10 անգամ դիմել ենք, բայց ստացել ենք նույն պատասխանը՝ «լավ կլինի»։ Եթե դա է ձեր լավ լինելու կյանքը, ուրեմն հարամ լինի էն պաշտոնը, որ դուք եք վայելում։ Ո՞վ է տեսել՝ 21-րդ դարում նման անմարդկային, ոչ սրտացավ մոտեցում մարդ արարածի նկատմամբ։ Ինչքան պիտի չսիրես քո երկիրը, քո քաղաքացուն, ում տված հարկերի հաշվին դուք ձեր թափոններն եք լցնում ու մարդկանց համար ստեղծում բազմատեսակ անհարմարություններ։
Խմելու ջուրը մեր միջոցներով տարիներ առաջ անցկացրել էինք, լավից-վատից ջուր ունեինք։ Եկան, անունը դրեցին թե բարեփոխում են, բայց դա ոչ թե բարեփոխում էր, այլ մի ամբողջ փողոց ավիրելու գործընթաց։
Արարատի մարզպետից հույս չունենք, նա նույնիսկ մի անգամ չի բարեհաճել ժամանի ու տեղում իրավիճակին ծանոթանա։ Մասիսի քաղաքապետարանն էլ կարող է ասել, թե դա իր ֆունկցիայի մեջ չի մտնում։ Դրա համար չգիտենք էլ ում դիմենք՝ կառավարություն, Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարին դիմենք։ Ուզում ենք մեզ հուշեք, թե ում դուռը գնանք, որ էս անմարդկային վերաբերմունքին վերջ տրվի։
