Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահներ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանը և Վլադիմիր Պուտինը նախատեսում են հանդիպել հաջորդ շաբաթ Ղրղզստանում կայանալիք Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ՇՀԿ) գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում։ Այս մասին IRNA լրատվական գործակալության հետ զրույցում հայտնել է Ռուսաստանում Իրանի դեսպան Քազեմ Ջալալին։

Դեսպանը նշել է, որ Փեզեշքիանը և Պուտինը կանցկացնեն իրենց վեցերորդ դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպումը, որը տեղի կունենա մայրաքաղաք Բիշքեկում։

Բարձր գնահատելով երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների մակարդակը՝ Ջալալին նշել է, որ վերջին երկու տարվա ընթացքում Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև կապերի ընդլայնմանը նպաստել են հինգ հիմնական հենասյուներ՝ երկու կողմերի միջև Համապարփակ ռազմավարական գործընկերության պայմանագրի ստորագրումը և իրականացումը, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) հետ ազատ առևտուրը, Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքը, ֆինանսաբանկային մեխանիզմները և էներգետիկ համագործակցությունը։

Դեսպանի խոսքով՝ 2026 թվականի մայիսի 15-ից ուժի մեջ մտած ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագիրը վերացրել է Իրանի և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միջև շրջանառվող ապրանքների 87 տոկոսի մաքսատուրքերը՝ ստեղծելով նոր հնարավորություններ իրանցի արտահանողների համար։

Ջալալին ընդգծել է, որ երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունները զգալի թափ են ստացել նախագահ Փեզեշքիանի օրոք, և որ երկու կողմերը հետապնդում են երկարաժամկետ շահերի վրա հիմնված ռազմավարական գործընկերություն։

Նա նաև նշել է, որ Իրանի մոտեցումը Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ ռազմավարական է և անկախ է արևմտյան երկրների հետ հարաբերություններից՝ մերժելով այն ընկալումները, որ Մոսկվայի հետ ավելի սերտ կապերը հիմնականում կապված են Թեհրանի և Արևմուտքի հարաբերությունների հետ։
