ՌԴ-ի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը եւ ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերին փետրվարի 21-ի երեկոյան վերստին քննարկել են Սիրիայում հրադադարի ռեժիմի հաստատումը՝ անցկացնելով եւս երկու հեռախոսազրույցներ: Այդ մասին,  հաղորդվում է Facebook-ում Ռուսաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության էջում:

«Փետրվարի 21-ի երեկոյան կայացել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիի եւս երկու հեռախոսազրույց: Դրանց ընթացքում տեղի է ունեցել Սիրիայում հրադադարի ռեժիմի պարամետրերի լրահամաձայնեցում»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Բանակցությունների արդյունքները զեկուցվել են Ռուսաստանի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին եւ Բարաք Օբամային, նշել են Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ում:

Փետրվարի 21-ին ավելի վաղ Քերին եւ Լավրովն արդեն ունեցել էին հեռախոսազրույցներ: Դրանց արդյունքում ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղարը հայտնել էր, որ կողմերը նախնական պայմանավորվածության են հասել հրադադարի հիմնական պայմանների շուրջ: Նա նաեւ հույս էր հայտնել, որ ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Ռուսաստանի նախագահներն առաջիկայում բանակցություններ կանցկացնեն ամբողջությամբ համաձայնության հասնելու համար:

Սիրիայի նախագահ Բաշար Ասադը փետրվարի 21-ին Le Pais-ում հրատարակված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է զինադադարի, բայց պայմանով, որ դրանից չպետք է օգտվեն ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների զինյալները:

Փետրվարի 20-ին տեղեկատվություն էր հայտնվել այն մասին, որ Ժնեւում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել Սիրիայում հրադադար հաստատելու շուրջ:
