Մարտունիում համերգի ժամանակ 18-ամյա երիտասարդը գլխի հատվածում հարված է ստացել եւ տեղափոխվել հիվանդանոց։
Ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի հաղորդմամբ, դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել օգոստոսի 13–ին, տեղի ունեցած միջադեպից հետո 18-ամյա Աշոտ Մադաթյանը ծանր վնասվածքով տեղափոխվել է Երևան։
Տղայի մայրը՝ Ռուզաննա Թարփոշյանը պատմել է, որ միջոցառման ընթացքում նրանց հետ է եղել նաև Ռուզաննայի հորաքրոջ թոռը՝ 16-ամյա Ավետիք Սիմոնյանը։
«Ավետիքը իրեն վատ է պահում, անընդհատ նեղացնում է մյուսներին, վատ խոսքեր է ասում։ Երկու եղբայրները և նրանց ընկերը որոշում են նրան տուն ուղեկցել, որպեսզի որևէ փորձանք չլինի։ Տուն հասնելուց հետո որդիս՝ Աշոտը, բարձրանում է աստիճաններով և հարազատին խնդրում, որ Ավետիքին պահեն տանը, մի փորձանք չբերի»,– պատմում է մայրը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ պահին 16-ամյա տղան դուրս է եկել և հարվածել իր 18-ամյա որդու գլխին. «Չգիտենք՝ ինչով է հարվածել։ Տարբեր վարկածներ են ասում․ մեկը ասում է՝ մահակ է եղել, մյուսը՝ կացին, երրորդը՝ այլ առարկա։ Բայց հարվածը ծանր է եղել, որովհետև մեկ հարվածից տղաս ստացել է դեմքի բազմակի կոտրվածքներ և կորցրել է գիտակցությունը»։
Ընտանիքը դեպքի մասին անմիջապես տեղեկացրել է ոստիկանությանը։ Մոր խոսքով՝ դեպքի գիշերը երիտասարդի ընկերներից մեկին և իր ամուսնուն տեղափոխել են ոստիկանություն և հարցաքննել։ Միաժամանակ, ընտանիքը պահանջում է ուսումնասիրել դեպքի վայրի տեսախցիկների հնարավոր տեսագրությունները։ Մոր խոսքով՝ դեպքի վայրի հարևանությամբ կան բանկ, հյուրանոց և այլ շինություններ, որտեղ տեղադրված են տեսահսկման համակարգեր։
Մայրը նաև նշում է, որ դեպքից երեք օր անց 16-ամյա տղան ոստիկանությունում ցուցմունք է տվել՝ ներկայացնելով դեպքի իր վարկածը։ Ըստ մոր փոխանցածի՝ նա հայտնել է, թե երեք ընկերներով իրեն հարվածելու փորձ են արել, ինքը փախել է, մտել տուն, իսկ հետո նրանք եկել են իր հետևից, ինչից հետո ինքը պաշտպանվել է։ Ընտանիքը, սակայն, չի ընդունում այդ վարկածը և պահանջում է օբյեկտիվ քննություն՝ պարզելու դեպքի իրական հանգամանքները։
