Երեկ՝ օգոստոսի 29-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 12։20-ի սահմաններում Դդմաշեն բնակավայրի 2-րդ փողոցում Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 60-ամյա Մհեր Հ․-ն իր վարած «ԶԻԼ» մակնիշի բեռնատարով թափքից քարերն ու հողակույտը բեռնաթափելիս կողաշրջված հայտնվել է ձորում։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, կողաշրջման հետևանքով վարորդը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Սևան» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Աղասի Խաչատրյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Ներսիկ Գրիգորյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Հրաչյա Գևորգյանի և վաշտի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Արսեն Ստեփանյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշտի պարեկներ Գարիկ Ղազարյանն ու Արայիկ Դավթյանը։
Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Սևանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Վարդան Սահակյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սարգիս Մարգարյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Արման Հովհաննիսյանի, Սևանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Թորգոմ Չանդոյանի և օրվա հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով Սևանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
