Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը 2026 թվականի օգոստոսի 31-ին Բիշքեկում՝ Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ՇՀԿ) գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակներում, հանդիպել է Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ։

Ղեկավարներն ընդգծել են 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 8-ին Վաշինգտոնում կայացած խաղաղության գագաթնաժողովի, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վկայությամբ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի կողմից ստորագրված համատեղ հռչակագրի, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության միջև խաղաղության և միջպետական հարաբերությունների հաստատման մասին համաձայնագրի նախաստորագրման պատմական նշանակությունը։

Ադրբեջանական նավթամթերքի արտահանումը Հայաստան, հացահատիկի և երրորդ երկրներից ծագող այլ ապրանքների Ադրբեջանի տարածքով Հայաստան տարանցումը, ինչպես նաև երկու երկրների միջև առևտրային հարաբերությունների հաստատումն ընդգծվել են որպես խաղաղության ամրապնդման կարևոր գործնական դրսևորումներ: Ղեկավարները նաև ողջունել են գործարար համայնքների միջև շփումները և մտքեր փոխանակել փոխշահավետ տնտեսական, առևտրային և էներգետիկ համագործակցության հետագա ընդլայնման հնարավորությունների վերաբերյալ։

Կողմերը նշել են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման հարցերով համապատասխան պետական հանձնաժողովների կարևոր դերը և ընդգծել դրանց աշխատանքը շարունակելու կարևորությունը՝ համաձայն երկու երկրների միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների։

Ղեկավարները քննարկել են Վաշինգտոնի խաղաղության գագաթնաժողովի կարևոր արդյունքներից մեկի՝ «Թրամփի ուղի՝ հանուն միջազգային խաղաղության և բարգավաճման» (TRIPP) իրականացման հետ կապված հետագա գործնական քայլերը և ընդգծել TRIPP-ի շրջանակներում կապակցվածության նախագծերի կարևորությունը։

Ղեկավարները դրական են գնահատել վստահության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված խորհրդարանականների և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ շփումները՝ նշելով դրանց կարևորությունը փոխադարձ վստահության ամրապնդման և խաղաղության ավելի լայն օրակարգի աջակցության գործում։

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը համաձայնել են երկկողմ անմիջական շփման միջոցով շարունակել քայլերը՝ ուղղված տևական խաղաղության ամրապնդմանը, միջպետական հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը և կապակցվածության ամրապնդմանը։
