• 1թեյի գդալ կտավատի սերմ
• 1 թեյի գդալ կակաո
• 6 հատ սալորաչիր
• 2 ճաշի գդալ վարսակ։
Պատրաստման եղանակը
100մլ ջուրը լցնել սալորաչրի վրա, ծածկել և թողնել 10 րոպե։ Մեկ այլ տարայի մեջ լցնել վարսակը, կակաոն, կտավատի սերմը և ավելացնել 300մլ կեֆիրն ու լավ խառնել։
Այնուհետ սալորաչիրը կտրատել և ավելացնել կեֆիրի մեջ։
Թողնել այս ըմպելիքը գիշերը և խմել այն առավոտյան՝ նախաճաշի փոխարեն։
Այս միջոցով առավելագույնը 1 ամսվա ընթացքում կնիհարեք և կազատվեք փորի հատվածի 5 կգ և ավել ճարպային կուտակումներից։
