Պատրաստման եղանակները
10 գ. խմորիչը լուծել 1 սուրճի բաժակ գոլ ջրում և թողնել 10 ր.: 1 կգ. ալյուրը, 1թգ. աղի և 1 թգ. շաքարավազի հետ պատրաստել փափուկ խմոր, խառնել խմորիչի հետ և դնել որ հասունանա 1,5 ժամ:Կարտոֆիլը լավ լվանալ և եփել կեղևով, որից հետր մաքրել կեղեվը և պատրաստել պյուրե:1 գլուխ սոխը կտրատել խորանարդաձև և տապակել մի փոքր ձեթով և լցնել կարտոֆիլի վրա: Ավելացնել մանր կտրատած կանաչին, կարմիր պղպեղը և աղը, այդ ամենը խառնել իրար և թողնել սառչի: Խմորը հասունանալուց հետո դատարկել կաթսայի միջից նախապես ալյուրոտված տախտակի վրա և մի փոքր հունցել և տալ գնդի տեսք: հետո բաժանել փոքրիկ գնդիկների հետո բացել գնդիկները գրդնակով և մեջը դնել կարտոֆիլը մեկ ճաշի գդալի չափ և ամրացնել ծայրերը և տալ կարկանդակի տեսք, հետո ձեթը լցնել խորը կաթսայի մեջ և տաքացնել, լավ տաքացնելուց հետո մեջը լցնել կարկանդակները:Եփելուց հետո հանել փայտի բռնիչով և դնել մատուցման ափսեյի մեջ: Ափսեյի կողքին կարողեք դնել աղ և կարմիր պղպեղ և կարողեք զարդարել մաղադանոսով:
