Իրանի բանակը, ի պատասխան երկրի հարավին սեպտեմբերի 1-ին ԱՄՆ-ի հասցրած հարվածների, պատասխան գրոհներ է իրականացրել Քուվեյթում և ԱՄԷ-ում գտնվող ամերիկյան ռազմաբազաների ուղղությամբ։ Այս մասին հայտնել է բանակի մամուլի ծառայությունը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության զինված ուժերը հրթիռներով և անօդաչու թռչող սարքերով հարվածներ են հասցրել ԱՄԷ-ում և Քուվեյթում ամերիկյան ահաբեկչական ուժերի բազաներին», - նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ։

Նշվում է, որ Քուվեյթում հարվածների տակ են հայտնվել ամերիկյան ուժերի արբանյակային կապի համակարգերը, սարքավորումների պահեստները և աերոդրոմները, ինչպես նաև ԱՄԷ-ում ԱՄՆ ԶՈւ զորքերի տեղակայման վայրերը և ռադարները։

Իրանական բանակի հայտարարության համաձայն՝ հարձակումներն իրականացվել են այսօր առավոտյան։

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 1-ին ԱՄՆ Զինված ուժերի կենտրոնական հրամանատարությունը հայտնել էր Իրանում գտնվող թիրախներին մի շարք հարվածներ հասցնելու մասին։ Press TV հեռուստաալիքի տվյալներով՝ պայթյուններ են որոտացել երկրի հարավային ափին, այդ թվում՝ Քեշմ կղզում և մի շարք քաղաքներում։

Իրանը, ի պատասխան, հարվածներ է հասցրել ԱՄԷ-ում, Հորդանանում, Իրաքում և Բահրեյնում գտնվող ԱՄՆ ռազմաբազաներին։ Իրանի առողջապահության նախարարության տեղեկություններով՝ երեքշաբթի օրը Իրանի հարավին ԱՄՆ-ի հասցրած հարվածների հետևանքով զոհվել է առնվազն 18 մարդ, վիրավորվել՝ 108-ը։
