Ռուսաստանում նոր զորահավաքի հնարավորության մասին վերջին շրջանում տարածվող խոսակցություններին վերջ է դրել Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը՝ հայտարարելով, որ այս պահին որևէ իրավիճակ չկա, որը կարող է պահանջել լրացուցիչ զորահավաք։

Պուտինը թեմային անդրադարձել է Արևելյան տնտեսական ֆորումի ընթացքում՝ պատասխանելով լրագրողների հարցերին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանում լրացուցիչ զորահավաք անցկացնելու անհրաժեշտություն ներկայում չկա։

«Այսօր չկա որևէ սցենար, որը կպահանջի զորահավաք»,– հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահը։

Պուտինը միաժամանակ զորահավաքի մասին տարածվող տեղեկությունները որակել է որպես տեղեկատվական հարձակում Ռուսաստանի դեմ։ Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ նման լուրերի տարածման նպատակը կապված է նաև Ռուսաստանում սպասվող Պետդումայի ընտրությունների հետ։

ՌԴ նախագահի խոսքով՝ խոսակցությունները կարող են նպատակ ունենալ ազդելու ընտրական գործընթացի և քաղաքացիների տրամադրությունների վրա։ Նա դրանք անվանել է նախապես ծրագրված տեղեկատվական գործողություն։

Ինչու է զորահավաքի թեման կրկին ակտիվացել

Ռուսաստանում նոր զորահավաքի մասին խոսակցությունները պարբերաբար ակտիվանում են՝ Ուկրաինայում շարունակվող պատերազմի ֆոնին։ Դրանք հատկապես մեծ տարածում են ստանում ընտրություններին նախորդող շրջանում։

Պուտինը, սակայն, վերջին օրերին արդեն մեկ անգամ չէ, որ հերքել է նոր զորահավաքի նախապատրաստման մասին տեղեկությունները։ Սեպտեմբերի 1-ին Բիշքեկում՝ Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության գագաթնաժողովից հետո, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նա նույնպես հայտարարել էր, որ նոր զորահավաքի մասին լուրերը «տեղեկատվական հարձակում» են։

Այսպիսով, Կրեմլի ներկայիս պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը հստակ է՝ նոր զորահավաքի անհրաժեշտություն չկա։

Միաժամանակ Պուտինը խոսել է նաև Ուկրաինայում ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքի մասին՝ պնդելով, որ ռուսական ուժերը շարունակում են առաջխաղացումը տարբեր ուղղություններով։ Նա, սակայն, չի նշել պատերազմի ավարտի կոնկրետ ժամկետներ՝ ընդգծելով, որ ռազմական գործողությունների զարգացումները դժվար է ճշգրիտ կանխատեսել։
