Գերմանիայի արևելքում գտնվող Սաքսոնիա-Անհալտ դաշնային երկրամասում կիրակի բացվել են երկրամասային խորհրդարանի ընտրությունների ընտրատեղամասերը, հաղորդում է dpa‑ն։

Քվեարկությունը կարող է հանգեցնել պատմական արդյունքի․ երկրի հետպատերազմյան պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ ծայրահեղ աջ «Այլընտրանք Գերմանիայի համար» (AfD) կուսակցությունը կարող է բավարար թվով տեղեր ստանալ՝ դաշնային երկրամասի կառավարությունն ինքնուրույն ձևավորելու համար։

Տեղամասերը բացվել են տեղական ժամանակով 08:00-ին և կգործեն մինչև 18:00-ն։ Ձայնի իրավունք ունեն երկրամասի շուրջ 1,7 միլիոն 18 տարեկանից բարձր բնակիչներ։ Տեղամասերի փակվելուց հետո կսկսվի ձայների հաշվարկը, իսկ նախնական վերջնական արդյունքները սպասվում են երկուշաբթի վաղ առավոտյան։

Ընտրողները տալիս են երկու ձայն․ առաջինը՝ իրենց ընտրատարածքում ուղղակի թեկնածուի օգտին, երկրորդը՝ կուսակցական ցուցակի օգտին։ Նոր երկրամասային խորհրդարանը հետագայում կընտրի դաշնային երկրամասի վարչապետին։

Բոլոր հարցումները ցույց են տալիս AfD-ի վստահ առաջատարությունը։ Կուսակցության օգտին պատրաստ է քվեարկել ընտրողների ավելի քան 40%-ը, մինչդեռ ներկայիս եռակուսակցական կոալիցիան Սաքսոնիա-Անհալտում գլխավորող պահպանողական Քրիստոնեա-դեմոկրատական միությունը (ՔԴՄ) զգալիորեն հետ է մնում։

Առանձնահատուկ նշանակություն ունի AfD-ի կողմից տեղերի բացարձակ մեծամասնություն ստանալու հնարավորությունը։ Այդ դեպքում կուսակցությունը կկարողանա շրջանցել, այսպես կոչված, «բրանդմաուերը»՝ Գերմանիայի հիմնական քաղաքական ուժերի՝ ծայրահեղ աջերի հետ համագործակցելուց հրաժարվելու սկզբունքը, և ինքնուրույն ձևավորել երկրամասի կառավարությունը։

Մեծամասնություն ստանալու AfD-ի շանսերը կախված կլինեն ոչ միայն իր սեփական արդյունքից, այլև այն բանից, թե քանի ձայն կստանան ձախ կուսակցությունները։ «Ձախերը», Գերմանիայի սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը (ՍԴԿ) և «կանաչները» պետք է հաղթահարեն հինգտոկոսանոց շեմը՝ խորհրդարանում տեղեր ստանալու համար։ Եթե մեկ կամ մի քանի կուսակցություն չանցնի այդ շեմը, ապա բաշխվող մանդատներում AfD-ի բաժինը կմեծանա։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Սաքսոնիա-Անհալտում AfD-ի երկրամասային կառույցը գտնվում է գերմանական հատուկ ծառայությունների հսկողության տակ՝ ծայրահեղական ճանաչված հայացքների պատճառով։

Կուսակցության նախընտրական ծրագիրը նախատեսում է հատուկ խումբ ստեղծել՝ միգրանտների արտաքսումն արագացնելու համար, վերսկսել դպրոցական փոխանակման ծրագրերը Ռուսաստանի հետ, ապաստան հայցողների երեխաների համար առանձին դասարաններ ներդնել և դպրոցներում արգելել ծիածանագույն դրոշները։

AfD-ի հաղթանակը երկրամասի ներկայիս վարչապետին՝ ՔԴՄ ներկայացուցիչ Սվեն Շուլցեին, կզրկի իր պաշտոնից։ AfD-ի առաջատար թեկնածու 35-ամյա Ուլրիխ Զիգմունդը ընտրվելու դեպքում կդառնա Գերմանիայի պատմության մեջ դաշնային երկրամասի ամենաերիտասարդ վարչապետը։

Ընտրությունների արդյունքը կարող է հետևանքներ ունենալ Սաքսոնիա-Անհալտից շատ հեռու։ AfD-ն արդեն առաջատար է համազգային հարցումներում՝ նախորդելով բունդեսթագի հաջորդ ընտրություններին, որոնք պետք է կայանան 2029 թվականին։ Նրա՝ 16 դաշնային երկրամասերից մեկում իշխանության գալը լուրջ մարտահրավեր կդառնա ավանդական կուսակցությունների համար և կարող է ուժեղացնել աջ պոպուլիստների դիրքերը համազգային քաղաքական ասպարեզում։
