Ֆրանսիական Ալպերում՝ Անսի լճի հատակին, բրիտանացի զբոսաշրջիկը հայտնաբերել է հին Luger ատրճանակ, որը սկզբում դիտարկվել էր որպես հնարավոր ապացույց Ֆրանսիայում տեղի ունեցած ամենաառեղծվածային զանգվածային սպանություններից մեկի հետաքննության շրջանակում, գրում է Daily Mail-ը։

Զենքը հայտնաբերվել է բրիտանա-իրաքյան ալ-Հիլլի ընտանիքի և ֆրանսիացի հեծանվորդի սպանության վայրից ընդամենը մի քանի կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա՝ 2012 թվականի ողբերգության տեղանքին մոտ։

Ուիլթշիրի 41-ամյա բնակիչը, որը ներկայացել է Քայլ անունով, ատրճանակը հայտնաբերել է օգոստոսի 20-ին՝ սնարքելինգով զբաղվելիս, ջրի մակերեսից մոտ 1,5 մետր խորության վրա։ Զենքը ծածկված է եղել ավազով և ուժեղ ժանգոտած էր։ Սկզբում տղամարդը այն կարծել է խաղալիք ատրճանակ, սակայն, գտածոն հատակից բարձրացնելով, հասկացել է, որ ձեռքին իսկական Luger է։

Քայլը ընտանիքի հետ հանգստանում էր Սեն-Ժորիոյում գտնվող Le Solitaire du Lac քեմփինգում, որտեղ սպանությունից քիչ առաջ կանգ էր առել նաև ալ-Հիլլի ընտանիքը։ Ընկերներից իմանալով չբացահայտված հանցագործության մասին՝ նա զենքը հանձնել է ֆրանսիական ոստիկանությանը։ Նրանից և նրա ուղեկցից ԴՆԹ-ի նմուշներ են վերցվել, որպեսզի փորձաքննության ընթացքում բացառվեն նրանց հետքերը։

2012 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 5-ին Շևալեն գյուղի մոտ գտնվող անտառային ճանապարհին հայտնաբերվել էին 50-ամյա Սաադ ալ-Հիլլիի, նրա 47-ամյա կնոջ՝ Իքբալի, 74-ամյա զոքանչի՝ Սուհայլա ալ-Ալաֆի և 45-ամյա ֆրանսիացի հեծանվորդ Սիլվեն Մոլյեի մարմինները։ Քննության տվյալներով, մարդասպանը կատարել էր 21 կրակոց։ Ամուսինների երկու դուստրերը ողջ էին մնացել. յոթամյա Զայնաբը ծանր վիրավորվել էր, իսկ չորսամյա Զինան թաքնվել էր մեքենայում և չէր տուժել։

Քննությամբ հաստատվել է, որ հանցագործը օգտագործել է 7,65 մմ տրամաչափի Luger P06։ Այդ պատճառով լճում հայտնաբերված ատրճանակը սկզբում մեծ հետաքրքրություն էր առաջացրել։ Սակայն հետագայում փորձագետները նկատել են, որ զենքը կարող է լինել այլ մոդել՝ 9 մմ տրամաչափի Luger P08։

Ֆրանսիացի քննիչներն արդեն նախնական եզրակացության են եկել, որ հայտնաբերված ատրճանակը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, սպանության գործիքը չի եղել, սակայն այս վարկածը վերջնականապես բացառելու համար նշանակվել է պաշտոնական փորձաքննություն։

Այնուամենայնիվ, գտածոն կարող է նշանակություն ունենալ արդեն 14 տարի շարունակվող հետաքննության համար։ Սպանության դրդապատճառն ու հանցագործի ինքնությունը մինչև օրս չեն պարզվել, իսկ գործը մնում է Ֆրանսիայի ամենահայտնի չբացահայտված հանցագործություններից մեկը։
