«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Բիշքեկյան հանդիպումը ցույց տվեց, որ Ռուսաստանը զուտ դիվանագիտական ձևակերպումներից անցել է շատ կտրուկ քայլերի՝ առանց սեթևեթանքների, առավել կոշտ տոնայնությամբ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին առաջարկելով կողմնորոշվել՝ կա՛մ, կա՛մ:
Բանն այն է, որ, ինչպես փոխանցում են Կրեմլին մոտ կանգնած մեր աղբյուրները, պաշտոնական ՌԴ իշխանությունների ընկալումը հստակ է, այն է՝ բանակցությունների մեջ մտնելով ու խնդրելով բացել ռուսական շուկան Հայաստանի համար՝ Փաշինյանը պարզապես ուզում է ժամանակ շահել։ Իմաստն այն է, որ գոնե 2-3 տարի հնարավոր լինի խուսափել հանրաքվեից, ցույց տալ, թե Հայաստանը շահագրգռված չէ «գնալ» դեպի Արևմուտք, այդ ընթացքում մասամբ դիվերսիֆիկացնել արտահանումը, մասամբ կրճատել գյուղական տնտեսությունների քանակը, ապա անսպասելի մեկ օրում կտրել բոլոր թելերը Մոսկվայի հետ՝ ըստ էության կրկնելով Ուկրաինայի վարվելակերպը։ Հասկանալի է, որ պաշտոնական Մոսկվան ցանկություն չունի, այսպես ասած, ֆինանսավորել Հայաստանի իշխանությունների «սլացքը» դեպի Արևմուտք, ինչի մասին արդեն բարձրաձայնում են ռուսաստանցի փորձագետներն ու քաղաքական գործիչները, և, մեր տեղեկություններով, Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունները որոշում ունեն առավելագույն չոր, կոշտ քաղաքականություն վարել Հայաստանի նկատմամբ։ Թե ինչ առարկայական դրսևորումներ կունենա դա, դեռևս հստակ չէ, սակայն, ինչպես արդեն առիթ ունեցել ենք նշելու՝ հղում տալով մեր այլ աղբյուրներին, Հայաստանից արտահանման արգելքին զուգահեռ հնարավոր են ՌԴում ապրող ու աշխատող մեծաթիվ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների արտաքսումը, դրամական տրանսֆերտների ու տրանսպորտային բոլոր հաղորդակցությունների սահմանափակումը, էներգակիրների, մասնավորաբար գազի թանկացումը և այլն։ Նույնիսկ ոչ տնտեսագետների համար է ակնհայտ այդ ամենի ծանրագույն, աղետալի հետևանքները Հայաստանի համար: Ընդ որում, այդ ամենից տուժելու են ոչ թե օրվա իշխանությունները, այլ երկիրն ու հայ ժողովուրդը:
