ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության և արհեստական բանականության նախարարի տեղակալ Գևորգ Մանթաշյանը՝ ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության կազմում, սեպտեմբերի 7-9-ը ԱՄԷ Դուբայ քաղաքում մասնակցում է 15-րդ Ամենամյա ներդրումային համաժողովին (AIM Congress 2026), որն այս տարի անցկացվում է «Գլոբալ բարգավաճման վերափոխում. ներդրումային նոր ուղիների բացահայտում՝ հանուն կայուն և ներառական ապագայի» խորագրի ներքո։ Այս մասին հայտնում է նախարարությունը։

«Սեպտեմբերի 7-ին «Ապագայի տնտեսություններ» հարթակի շրջանակում անցկացված «ԱԲ ռազմավարական ենթակառուցվածքային ներդրումների ընդլայնում՝ թվային տնտեսություններ կառուցելու համար» խորագրով պանելային ձևաչափով քննարկմանը Գևորգ Մանթաշյանը հանդես է եկել ելույթով՝ ներկայացնելով Հայաստանի տեսլականը արհեստական բանականության ենթակառուցվածքների, գերհամակարգչային հաշվարկների և տեխնոլոգիական էկոհամակարգի զարգացման ուղղությամբ։

Ելույթում նախարարի տեղակալն անդրադարձել է փոքր և զարգացող տնտեսություններում արհեստական բանականության ազգային էկոհամակարգերի ձևավորման և ռազմավարական ենթակառուցվածքների ստեղծման հնարավորություններին։ Նա ներկայացրել է բարձր արտադրողականությամբ հաշվարկային (HPC) կարողությունների զարգացման Հայաստանի փորձը, «ԱԲ գործարանների պարտեզ» կոնցեպտը, տաղանդների զարգացմանն տեսանկյունից «ԱԲ վիրտուալ ինստիտուտի» նախաձեռնությունը, ինչպես նաև կիբեռանվտանգության և պատասխանատու ԱԲ կառավարման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրերը։

Գևորգ Մանթաշյանն ընդգծել է միջազգային համագործակցության և պետություն-մասնավոր հատված գործընկերության կարևորությունը՝ նշելով, որ նման համագործակցություններն առանցքային են համաշխարհային արհեստական բանականության արժեշղթաներում Հայաստանի դիրքի ամրապնդման և երկրի տեխնոլոգիական ներուժի իրացման համար։

15-րդ Ամենամյա ներդրումային համաժողովը (AIM Congress 2026) մեկ հարթակում համախմբում է տարբեր երկրների պետական կառավարման, տեխնոլոգիական և ներդրումային ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչների՝ քննարկելու թվային, էներգետիկ և տնտեսական ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման, ներդրումային նոր հնարավորությունների և գլոբալ մրցունակության ամրապնդման ուղիները»,-ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
