Բիշքեկում կայացած հանդիպումից հետո Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի հարաբերությունների շուրջ հռետորաբանությունը, կարծես, նոր փուլ է մտնում։ Եթե նախկինում Մոսկվայից հիմնականում հնչում էին դիվանագիտական ձևակերպումներ, ապա այժմ ռուսական կողմի դիրքորոշումն ավելի կոշտ և ուղիղ է ներկայացվում։

Ըստ Կրեմլին մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրների՝ Մոսկվայում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների՝ ռուսական շուկայի հասանելիությունն ընդլայնելու շուրջ բանակցությունների նախաձեռնությունը կարող է ընկալվել ոչ միայն որպես տնտեսական համագործակցության խորացման քայլ, այլև որպես ժամանակ շահելու փորձ։

Այդ գնահատականի համաձայն՝ հնարավոր սցենարներից մեկն այն է, որ Երևանը փորձում է առաջիկա տարիներին խուսափել ԵՄ անդամակցության հարցով հանրաքվեի անհրաժեշտությունից՝ միաժամանակ պահպանելով Ռուսաստանի հետ տնտեսական կապերի որոշակի մակարդակ։ Նման մոտեցման շրջանակում, ըստ նույն աղբյուրների, Հայաստանը կարող է փորձել աստիճանաբար վերադասավորել իր արտահանման ուղղությունները և նվազեցնել ռուսական շուկայից կախվածությունը։

Մոսկվայում, ըստ այդ պնդումների, մտահոգված են այն հեռանկարով, որ Ռուսաստանի կողմից տրամադրվող տնտեսական հնարավորությունները կարող են ի վերջո օգտագործվել Հայաստանի՝ դեպի արևմտյան ուղղություն ավելի արագ շարժվելու համար։ Ռուսաստանյան մի շարք փորձագետներ և քաղաքական գործիչներ արդեն հրապարակային մակարդակով բարձրաձայնում են նման մտահոգությունների մասին։

Այս ֆոնին չի բացառվում, որ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ որդեգրի առավել կոշտ քաղաքականություն։ Թե կոնկրետ ինչ քայլերի կարող է այն վերածվել, այս պահին վերջնականապես պարզ չէ։

Միաժամանակ շրջանառվում են տարբեր հնարավոր սցենարներ՝ հայկական արտադրանքի նկատմամբ սահմանափակումներից մինչև Ռուսաստանում բնակվող և աշխատող ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հետ կապված ավելի խիստ վարչական քաղաքականություն, դրամական փոխանցումների սահմանափակումներ, տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության հնարավոր խնդիրներ և էներգակիրների, այդ թվում՝ բնական գազի գների վերանայում։

Սակայն նման զարգացումները, եթե երբևէ իրականություն դառնան, կարող են զգալի տնտեսական ազդեցություն ունենալ Հայաստանի վրա։ Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է մնալ հայկական արտահանման, աշխատուժի միգրացիայի և դրամական փոխանցումների կարևոր ուղղություններից մեկը։

Past.am-ի դիտարկմամբ՝ ցանկացած կտրուկ փոփոխություն հայ-ռուսական տնտեսական հարաբերություններում առաջին հերթին կարող է անդրադառնալ ոչ թե քաղաքական վերնախավերի, այլ քաղաքացիների, բիզնեսի և հատկապես Ռուսաստանից եկող եկամուտներից կախված ընտանիքների վրա։ Այդ պատճառով առաջիկա զարգացումները կարող են կարևոր նշանակություն ունենալ ոչ միայն Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության, այլև երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական կայունության համար։
