Ֆինլանդիան 356 մլն եվրո արժողությամբ պարիսպ է կառուցել Ռուսաստանի հետ սահմանին

Ֆինլանդիան ավարտել է Ռուսաստանի հետ սահմանի առանձին հատվածներում 200 կիլոմետրանոց ցանկապատի կառուցումը, հայտնում է Yle-ն։ 2023 թվականին մեկնարկած նախագծի ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմել է 356 միլիոն եվրո, իսկ դրա ամենամյա սպասարկումը կարժենա 1,5 միլիոն եվրո։ Պատնեշն իրենից ներկայացնում է տեսահսկման տեսախցիկներով, լուսարձակներով ու բարձրախոսներով հագեցած մետաղական ցանցային կառույց, որի երկայնքով ճանապարհ է ձգվում պարեկային ծառայության համար։ Համալիրն ընդգրկում է մի քանի հատված․ 140 կմ-ն բաժին է ընկնում Հարավային Կարելիային և Կյումենլաակսոյին, 35 կմ-ն՝ Հյուսիսային Կարելիային, իսկ 25 կմ-ն՝ Կայնուուին, Կոյլլիսմաային և Լապլանդիային։ Ցանկապատը կառուցվել է սահմանի ապօրինի հատումները կանխելու նպատակով։
Սահմանների ամրացմամբ զուգահեռաբար զբաղվում են նաև ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ այլ երկրներ։ Բալթյան պետությունները Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի հետ սահմանների երկայնքով կառուցում են Baltic Defence Line-ը՝ հակատանկային արգելապատնեշների, խրամատների, բունկերների և այլ պաշտպանական կառույցների համակարգը։ Էստոնիան նախատեսված 135 կմ-ից արդեն կառուցել է 110 կմ պատնեշ, իսկ մնացած 25 կմ-ն պատրաստ կլինի մինչև 2027 թվականը։ Լատվիան 280 կիլոմետրանոց ցանկապատ է կանգնեցրել ռուսական սահմանին․ այժմ այնտեղ նույնպես կառուցվում են ճանապարհներ, կամուրջներ, աշտարակներ և ինժեներական կառույցներ։ Ավելի վաղ Լատվիան 145 կիլոմետրանոց ցանկապատ էր կառուցել նաև բելառուսական հատվածում։
Լեհաստանը Բելառուսի և Կալինինգրադի մարզի սահմանի երկայնքով իրականացնում է մոտ 700 կմ երկարությամբ «Արևելյան վահան» նախագիծը, որի բյուջեն կազմում է շուրջ 2,3 միլիարդ եվրո։ Նախագծով նախատեսվում է հակատանկային արգելապատնեշների, ամրությունների, տեսահսկման համակարգերի և ռազմական ենթակառուցվածքների կառուցում։ Նորվեգիան նույնպես կամրապնդի Ռուսաստանի հետ 198 կիլոմետրանոց սահմանը՝ մի շարք հատվածներում տեղադրելով ցանկապատեր, ինչպես նաև ժամանակակից սենսորներ, տեսահսկման տեսախցիկներ ու անօդաչու սարքեր։
