Յունիբանկը հաջողությամբ տեղաբաշխում է Հայաստանում առաջին հիբրիդային ներդրումային առաջարկի շրջանակում 3.9 մլրդ դրամ ծավալով թողարկված բաժնետոմսերը։ Առաջարկի  համաձայն՝ բանկը ներդրողներին հնարավորություն է ընձեռում մասնակցել բաժնետոմսերի նոր թողարկմանը և ձեռք բերել 13.25% տարեկան արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությամբ անժամկետ պարտատոմսեր։ Ներդրումային նոր լուծումը համատեղում է բաժնետոմսերում ներդրված կապիտալի աճի ներուժն ու անժամկետ պարտատոմսերից ստացվող կանխատեսելի եկամուտը՝ ներդրողներին առաջարկելով պորտֆելի ձևավորման առավել դիվերսիֆիկացված մոտեցում։ Առաջարկը կգործի մինչև 2026 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 9-ը։

2015 թվականին Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում առաջին IPO-ն իրականացնելուց ի վեր Յունիբանկի բաժնետոմսերի գինն աճել է մոտ 70%-ով, իսկ ազատ շրջանառության մեջ գտնվող բաժնետոմսերի մասնաբաժինը (free float) հասել է 10.7%-ի։ Վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում Բանկի բաժնետոմսերի միջին տարեկան շահութաբաժնային եկամտաբերությունը կազմել է 10–12%։ 2025 թվականի արդյունքներով բանկի բաժնետերերին վճարվել է 9.3 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի շահութաբաժին։

25 տարիների ընթացքում Յունիբանկն ամուր դիրքեր է ձևավորել Հայաստանի բանկային համակարգում՝ բարձր ֆինանսական արդյունքների, տեխնոլոգիական նորարարությունների և հաճախորդակենտրոն մոտեցման շնորհիվ։ Յունիբանկն առաջին բանկն էր Հայաստանում, որը ներդրեց արհեստական բանականության վրա հիմնված վարկային սքորինգ և շարունակում է զգալի ներդրումներ կատարել թվային փոխակերպման ուղղությամբ, այդ թվում՝ ֆիզիկական անձանց հնարավորություն տալով առցանց դառնալ բանկի հաճախորդ՝ կենսաչափական նույնականացման միջոցով:

Moody’s միջազգային գործակալությունը Յունիբանկի երկարաժամկետ ավանդների վարկանիշի հեռանկարը «Կայուն»-ից բարձրացրել է «Դրական» և վերահաստատել B1 վարկանիշը, ինչը պայմանավորված է Բանկի ակտիվների բարձր որակով, կայուն շահութաբերությամբ և ֆինանսավորման առավել անկայուն աղբյուրներից սահմանափակ կախվածությամբ։

Բաժնետոմսերի ազդագիրը գրանցվել է ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի 2026 թ. մայիսի 13-ի N 1/210Ա որոշմամբ, անժամկետ պարտատոմսերի ծրագրային ազդագիրը՝ ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի 2025 թ. նոյեմբերի 26-ի N 1/427Ա որոշմամբ, իսկ ծրագրային ազդագրի լրացումները՝ 2026 թ. մայիսի 22-ի N 1/228Ա և հունիսի 29-ի N 1/282Ա որոշումներով։ Ներդրողները բաժնետոմսերի և անժամկետ պարտատոմսերի ազդագրերը, ինչպես նաև կից ներկայացվող փաստաթղթերի տպագիր տարբերակները կարող են ստանալ Յունիբանկի գլխամասային գրասենյակում և մասնաճյուղերում, իսկ էլեկտրոնային տարբերակները՝ www.unibank.am
