«Խրամատից մինչև բիզնես-պրոյեկտ․ ուր է հասցնում կոլաբորացիան»
2020 թվականի ծանր օրերին, երբ մեր տղաները խրամատում կյանք ու արյուն էին տալիս հայրենիքի ամեն մի դյույմի համար, բոլորս հավատում էինք, որ կողք-կողքի կանգնած մարտիկները պաշտպանում են մեր ընդհանուր տունը, մեր սահմանն ու մեր արժանապատվությունը։
 
Բայց այսօր, նայելով քաղաքական նոր «հայտնություններին» ու ձևավորվող «բիզնես-կուսակցություններին», դառը իրականությունն ակնհայտ է դառնում։ Պարզվում է՝ ոմանց համար խրամատում կանգնելը ոչ թե հայրենիքի սրբազան պարտք էր, այլ ապագա կալվածքների, անձնական տնտեսական կայսրությունների և քաղաքական առևտրի նախնական կապիտալ։
 
Երբ մարդը, ով ժամանակին դիրքավորվում էր որպես ընդդիմադիր ու սահմանապահ, այսօր քաղաքական նախագիծ է սկսում իշխող համակարգի լռելյայն համաձայնությամբ ու «շվաքի տակ», սա այլևս քաղաքականություն չէ։ Սա բիզնես-օպերացիա է, որի նպատակը մեկն է՝ իշխանական լծակներին հարվելով փող քերելն ու անձնական ազդեցությունը կապիտալիզացնելը։
 
ՔՊ-ի և մանդատագողի հետ գործարքի գնացողներին, նրանց հետ կոլաբորացիայի մեջ մտնողներին հասկանալը բարոյական տեսանկյունից գրեթե անհնար է։ Բայց քաղաքականապես մենք պարտավոր ենք սա ճանաչել ու անվանել իրենց անուններով, որպեսզի հասարակությունը կրկին չխաբվի կեղծ «հերոսական» փաթեթավորումներով։
 
Քաղաքական վերլուծություն․ Կոլաբորացիոնիզմի պատճառներն ու մեխանիզմը
Զանազան Արուշ, սասունների և նմանատիպ ֆիգուրների շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը հասկանալու համար անհրաժեշտ է դիտարկել այս երևույթի երեք հիմնական շարժառիթները․
 
* Անձնական անվտանգության և կապիտալի լեգիտիմացում․ Քրեական հետապնդումների, դատական գործերի և իշխանական ճնշումների պայմաններում տեղական ազդեցիկ դեմքերը հաճախ ընտրում են «հնազանդեցման» կամ համագործակցության ուղին։ Իշխանության հետ քաղաքական գործարքը նրանց համար երաշխիք է՝ պահպանելու ազատությունը, պաշտոնը և կուտակված տնտեսական ռեսուրսները։ «Բիզնես-պրագմատիզմ» ընդդեմ գաղափարախոսության․ Տեղական իշխանիկների համար քաղաքականությունը գաղափարական պայքար չէ, այլ ռեսուրսների բաշխում։ Իշխանության «շվաքի տակ» գործող կուսակցական նախագծերը ծառայում են որպես քաղաքական քողարկում՝ պետական կամ համայնքային միջոցներից օգտվելու, տենդերներ ստանալու և բիզնես շահերը առաջ մղելու համար։
Իշխանության «վերահսկելի ընդդիմություն» ստեղծելու տակտիկան․ Կենտրոնական իշխանության (ՔՊ) համար ձեռնտու է մարզերում ունենալ ոչ թե սկզբունքային ընդդիմադիրներ, այլ «կարիերիստ» կամ «կոմպրոմատներով վերահսկվող» գործընկերներ։ Ստեղծելով կամ խրախուսելով նման «բիզնես-կուսակցություններ»՝ իշխանությունը փոշիացնում է իրական ընդդիմադիր դաշտը և ապահովում իր վերահսկողությունը մարզերում։
 
Ամփոփում
Այսպիսի կոլաբորացիան վտանգավոր է նրանով, որ այն արժեզրկում է 2020թ․ մարտական ուղին և հայրենասիրությունը՝ դրանք իջեցնելով առևտրային մակարդակի։ Հասարակության համար կարևոր է տարբերակել ազգային-սահմանային պաշտպանությունը անհատական «կալվածատիրական» ամբիցիաներից։
Ֆրանսիայում էլ մի մարշալ պետեն կար, ով Ռեյխի հետ կոլաբորացիայի համար դատապարտվեց։
