Պուտինի և Զելենսկու հանդիպումը Մայամիում G20-ի գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում անհնար է. Պեսկով

Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հանդիպումը Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու հետ դեկտեմբերին Մայամիում կայանալիք «Մեծ քսանյակի» (G20) գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում անհնար է, AFP գործակալությանն է հայտարարել է ռուս առաջնորդի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։
«Դա անհնար է», — շաբաթ օրը Նյու Դելիում ասել է Պեսկովը՝ մեկնաբանելով Զելենսկու հայտարարությունը, թե նա պատրաստ է Պուտինի հետ հանդիպել գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում՝ հակամարտության դադարեցման շուրջ բանակցելու համար։ Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչը կրկին ընդգծել է, որ Մոսկվան պատրաստ է նման հանդիպում անցկացնել միայն Ռուսաստանի մայրաքաղաքում։
Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք Կրեմլը դիտարկում է Զելենսկու հետ բանակցությունների այլընտրանքային վայր, Պեսկովը պատասխանել է. «Կա նրա հետ Մոսկվայում հանդիպելու պատրաստակամություն»։
G20-ի գագաթնաժողովը կանցկացվի Մայամիում դեկտեմբերի 14–15-ին։ Առայժմ հաստատված չէ, թե արդյո՞ք Պուտինը կմասնակցի դրան։
Զելենսկին Ռուսաստանի նախագահի հետ հանդիպելու պատրաստակամության մասին հայտարարել է գերմանական Deutsche Welle-ին տված հարցազրույցում, որը հրապարակվել է շաբաթ օրը։ Ըստ նրա, առաջնորդները պետք է հանդիպեն, քննարկեն իրավիճակը և որոշումներ ընդունեն, քանի որ կարևոր են ոչ թե խոսքերը, այլ արդյունքները։
Առաջարկը հնչել է այն ֆոնին, երբ ԱՄՆ-ն փորձում է վերսկսել Մոսկվայի և Կիևի միջև բանակցությունները։ Այս շաբաթ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Պուտինի հետ, իսկ ամերիկացի առաջնորդի հատուկ բանագնաց Սթիվ Ուիթքոֆը և նրա փեսա Ջարեդ Քուշները այցելել են Մոսկվա և Կիև։
Քուշները ուրբաթ օրը Կիևում անվտանգության հարցերով ֆորումում հայտարարել է, որ ակնկալում է առաջիկա մի քանի շաբաթվա ընթացքում հայտարարել բանակցային գործընթացի «հաջորդ քայլերի» մասին։
Զելենսկին Ուիթքոֆի և Քուշների այցերը Մոսկվա և Կիև անվանել է «լավ ազդանշան» և ընդգծել, որ կարևոր է, որ ամերիկացի ներկայացուցիչները այցելել են երկու մայրաքաղաքներն էլ։ Նա նաև հայտնել է սեպտեմբերի վերջին Թրամփի հետ հանդիպելու ծրագրերի մասին։
Ըստ Զելենսկու, Ուկրաինան այժմ մարտի դաշտում ավելի ուժեղ դիրք ունի, քան մեկ տարի առաջ, և այդ պատճառով կարծում է, որ լավ պայմաններ ունի բանակցությունների համար։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Մոսկվայի և Կիևի միջև բանակցությունների նախորդ մի քանի փուլերը համաձայնության չեն հանգեցրել։ Կողմերը պահպանում են էական տարաձայնություններ, իսկ փոխադարձ անվստահությունը մնում է բարձր։ Վերջին ամիսներին Ռուսաստանն ու Ուկրաինան նաև ուժեղացրել են միմյանց տարածքի նկատմամբ հեռահար հարվածները։
