Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վոլոդիմիր Զելենսկին հայտարարել է, որ երկրի գլխավոր դատախազ Ռուսլան Կրավչենկոն պետք է անհապաղ հեռանա պաշտոնից։

«Այս գլխավոր դատախազն ունի միայն մեկ ճանապարհ՝ պաշտոնից հեռանալը։ Հենց դա էլ ես նրան ասել եմ։ Ուկրաինան տեսել է բոլոր պատճառները։ Եթե նա դա համարում է քաղաքական ճնշում, թող այդպես էլ անվանի։ Կոչ եմ անում խորհրդարանականներին անհապաղ աջակցել այս պաշտոնանկությանը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, գրել է նա Telegram-ի իր ալիքում՝ անդրադառնալով գլխավոր դատախազի՝ առավոտյան արած հայտարարությանը քաղաքական ճնշման վերաբերյալ։

Ուկրաինայի գործող գլխավոր դատախազ Ռուսլան Կրավչենկոն հրաժարականի դիմում է ներկայացրել սեպտեմբերի 7-ին, սակայն այն դեռևս հաստատված չէ։ Զելենսկին պետք է Գերագույն ռադա ներկայացնի նրա պաշտոնանկության վերաբերյալ առաջարկություն։ Դրանից հետո փաստաթուղթը պետք է հաստատի համապատասխան հանձնաժողովը, այնուհետև հարցը կդրվի պատգամավորների ընդհանուր քվեարկության։ Փաստաթուղթը դեռևս խորհրդարանում գրանցված չէ։

Կրավչենկոն հրաժարականի դիմումը ներկայացրել է հերթական խոշոր կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի ֆոնին՝ Ուկրաինայի ազգային հակակոռուպցիոն բյուրոյի գործողությունից ընդամենը երեք օր անց։ Դրա ընթացքում բացահայտվել էր հանցավոր կազմակերպություն, որը, ըստ քննության, աջակցում էր խարդախ զանգերի կենտրոնների գործունեությանը։

Սեպտեմբերի 6-ին գլխավոր դատախազը հրապարակայնորեն հերքել էր այդ սխեմաների հետ իր առնչությունը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ կասկածվող աշխատակիցը հեռացվել էր պաշտոնից, իսկ համապատասխան ստորաբաժանման գործունեությունը հանձնարարել էր ստուգել։

РБК-Украина-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ սեպտեմբերի 8-ին Զելենսկին առանձին հանդիպում էր ունեցել Կրավչենկոյի, ինչպես նաև Ուկրաինայի ազգային հակակոռուպցիոն բյուրոյի ղեկավարի հետ։ Հենց այդ հանդիպումից հետո գլխավոր դատախազը պաշտոնից ազատվելու դիմում էր ներկայացրել։

Հաջորդ օրը՝ սեպտեմբերի 9-ին, պաշտոններից հեռացվել էին նաև դատախազության ևս երեք բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ՝ գլխավոր դատախազի առաջին տեղակալը և երկու մարզային դատախազությունների ղեկավարներ։

Հրաժարական ներկայացրած Կրավչենկոն հաստատել է, որ ներկայում գտնվում է արտերկրում։

«Այժմ գտնվում եմ արտերկրյա գործուղման մեջ»,- գրել է նա Telegram-ի իր ալիքում։

Կրավչենկոյի խոսքով՝ նախատեսված են մի շարք հանդիպումներ, որոնց ընթացքում նա մտադիր է միջազգային գործընկերներին տեղեկացնել հակակոռուպցիոն մարմինների համակարգում առկա իրական իրավիճակի, այդ մարմինների կողմից չվերահսկվող ազդեցության կենտրոնացման նշանների և այն ռիսկերի մասին, որոնք նման գործելակերպը ստեղծում է պետական ինքնիշխանության համար։
