1. Մոռացիր այն ամենը, ինչ սովորել ես
Ո՞րն է ամեն ինչ հիշելու ստանդարտ միջոցը. անգիր անելը: Կրկնել միևնույն բառերը նորից ու նորից: Պատկերացրու, որ վերադարձել ես դպրոց ու գրատախտակի մոտ կանգնած՝ պետք է բանաստեղծություն անգիր ասես: Եթե մոռանում ես մի տող, ապա խառնվում ես իրար: Հենց ինչ-որ մեկն ինչ-որ բառ է հուշում, շարունակում ես անգիր ասել, ինչը նշանակում է, որ այդ տողն առաջ էլ գտնվում էր քո ուղեղում:
Անգիր անելու փոխարեն՝ վիզուալիզացրու: Երբ փորձում ես ինչ-որ բան հիշել, քայլիր սենյակում և կանգնելով՝ նկատիր ինչ-որ առարկա, որը կասոցիացնես տվյալ մտքի կամ բառի հետ: Սովորածը հիշելու համար մտքով կրկնիր անցածդ ճանապարհը, և գլխումդ կարթնանա այն ամենը, ինչը պահանջվում էր հիշել:
2. Անուններ ու դեմքեր
Անծանոթ դեմքը հիշելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ծանոթանալու ժամանակ դրա վրա ինչ-որ տհաճ բան փնտրել. մեծ քիթ, սպի և այլն, այն ամենը, ինչն այդ պահին աչքի է զարնում: Դա կլինի քո գաղտնաբառը: Դեմքով կարելի է կարդալ ցանկացած ինֆորմացիա:
Ասենք, մարդու անունը Դմիտրի է, նրան միավորիր քեզ հայտնի այլ Դմիտրիի հետ, թեկուզ Մեդվեդևի: Մտքումդ ֆիլմ ստեղծիր ու հաջորդ անգամ կհիշես՝ հենց հանդիպես իրական Դմիտրիին:
3. Ասացվածքներ և բանաստեղծություններ
Բանաստեղծությունը հիշելու համար պետք է խմբավորել բառակապակցությունները՝ միավորելով առաջին երկու մեթոդները: Ենթադրենք, սովորում ես մի բանաստեղծություն, որն այսպես է սկսվում. «Սառնամանիք ու արև- օրը հրաշալի է»: Այս տողերի ժամանակ կանգնիր պատուհանի մոտ, նայիր դուրս ու համադրիր տողերը բացվող տեսարանի հետ: Եթե համընկնում է, ապա այդպես էլ հիշիր, եթե չի համընկնում, ապա նորից կհիշես, որովհետև սառնամանիքի մասին կարդացել ես ամառվա շոգին:
4. Թվեր
Թվերն աբստրակտ հասկացողություն են: Թվերը հիշելու համար հարկավոր է երևակայության մեջ դրանց նկարները կառուցել: Օրինակ՝ 11-ը կարելի է պատկերացնել՝ AA՝ այբուբենի առաջին տառի կրկնություն, 24-ը՝ BG, և այլն:
