Աննա Վարդանի Մարգարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 22-ին’ ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում, «Արարատի հիվանդանոց բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ է ընդունվել Գոհար Տիգրանի Հովհաննիսյանը, ում մոտ ախտորոշվել է «Հղիություն 37-38 շաբաթական, չափավոր գերջրություն, ճարպակալում 2-րդ աստիճան, անեմիա 1-ին աստիճան»:

Այսպես. 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 22-ին’ ժամը 08:30-ին և դրան հաջորդող ժամանակահատվածում, «Արարատի հիվանդանոց բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերության մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ’ բժիշկ Աննա Վարդանի Մարգարյանը, իր և «Արարատի հիվանդանոց բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերության միջև 2013 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 14-ին կնքված թիվ 13/4 աշխատանքային պայմանագրի հիման վրա, ինչպես նաև 1996 թվականի մարտի 4-ին ընդունված «Բնակչության բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված դրույթների ուժով հանդիսանալով բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնող անձ և իր վրա դրված պարտականությունների ուժով պարտավորված լինելով պատշաճ կազմակերպել Գոհար Հովհաննիսյանի ծննդօգնությունը, որպես բժիշկ մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ ունենալով համապատասխան բարձրագույն մասնագիտական բժշկական կրթություն իր մասնագիտական պարտականությունները կատարել է ոչ պատշաճ, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել ծանր հետևանք, այն է՝ Գոհար Հովհաննիսյանի արական սեռի պտուղը ծնվել է մահացած վիճակում:

Մասնավորապես, մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Աննա Մարգարյանը 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 22-ին’ ժամը 08:30-ին Գոհար Հովհաննիսյանի մոտ արձանագրված պտղի սրտի զարկերի ոչ նորմալ’ ցածր 100-110-120 զարկ րոպեում ցուցանիշների պայմաններում, նկատի ունենալով դրան նոխորդող ժամկետներում սրտի բաբախի նորմալ ցուցանիշների (154, 136 զարկ րոպե) վերաբերյալ արձանագրված տվյալները, հաշվի առնելով նաև 06:00-ին կատարված պտղապարկի հատմամբ ստացված չափավոր պղտոր, դեղնականաչավուն պտղաջրերի բնույթը, ժամը 08:30-ից սկսած չի իրականացրել պտղի սրտի զարկերի մշտական մոնիթորինգ’ տվյալ ցուցանիշների դինամիկայում կրած փոփոխությունների գնահատման արդյունքներից ելնելով հնարավոր կեսարյան հատմամբ շտապ կարգով ծննդալուծում իրականացնելու նպատակով:

Բացի այդ, բժիշկ Աննա Մարգարյանը Գոհար Հովհաննիսյանի պտղի սրտի զարկերի հաջորդ լսումը իրականացրել է ուշացումով՝ 15 րոպե անց, որտեղ կատարված հետազոտությամբ արձանագրվել է նախորդի համեմատ վատթարացմամբ տարբերվող’ պտղի մոտ հիպօքսիայի հարաճուն զարգացմանը բնորոշ, պտղի սրտի զարկերի 80-90 զարկ րոպե ցուցանիշ, սակայն անգամ նման պայմաններում Աննա Մարգարյանը անհապաղ ձեռնամուխ չի եղել ակտիվ մանկաբարձական տակտիկայի՝ տվյալ դեպքում շտապ կարգով կեսարյան հատմամբ ծննդալուծման կազմակերպմանն ու իրականացմանը, ինչը իրատեսական հնարավորություններ կնձեռեր խուսափել պտղի մոտ հիպօքսիկ բարդությունների հարաճուն զարգացումից՝ հնարավություն ընձեռելով փրկել պտղի կյանքը:

Նման պայմաններում, «Արարատի հիվանդանոց բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերության մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ՝ բժիշկ Աննա Վարդանի Մարգարյանը ոչ պատշաճ կերպով է կատարել իր մասնագիտական պատականությունները, ինչի արդյունքում անզգուշությամբ առաջացել է այլ ծանր հետևանք, մասնավորապես Գոհար Հովհաննիսյանի պղի մոտ առաջացել է սուր հիպօքսիայի հարաճուն զարգացում և վերջինիս արական սեռի պտուղը ծնվել է մահացած վիճակում:
