Իրանի խորհրդարանի նախագահ Մոհամմադ-Բաղեր Ղալիբաֆը հայտարարել է, որ 40-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում ԱՄՆ-ն և Իսրայելը փորձել են օգտագործել Իրաքյան Քուրդիստանը որպես հենակետ Իրանի դեմ ռազմական և ուժային գործողությունների համար, հաղորդում է Mehr-ը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այս ծրագիրը հաջողվել է տապալել իրանական զինված ուժերի գործողությունների և տարածաշրջանային դաշնակիցների հետ համագործակցության շնորհիվ։
Ղալիբաֆը այս հայտարարությունն արել է երեքշաբթի Թեհրանում՝ Քուրդիստանի հայրենասիրական միության (ՔՀՄ) առաջնորդ Բահել Թալաբանիի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։ Նա նշել է, որ Իրանը և նրա զինված ուժերը դիմակայել են փետրվարի 28-ին ԱՄՆ-ի և Իսրայելի կողմից սկսված ագրեսիային։
Ղալիբաֆի խոսքով՝ Վաշինգտոնը, հավանաբար, չէր սպասում Իրանի կողմից նման լայնածավալ դիմադրության և իր կրած, ինչպես արտահայտվել է խորհրդարանի նախագահը, ռազմական ու քաղաքական պարտության։
«Ամերիկացիների սկսած պատերազմի ընթացքում մեր մեծ ժողովուրդն ու զինված ուժերը ցույց տվեցին, թե ինչպես կարող են դիմակայել ԱՄՆ-ին և սիոնիստական ռեժիմին», — հայտարարել է նա։
Առանձին անդրադառնալով Իրաքյան Քուրդիստանում իրավիճակին՝ Ղալիբաֆը նշել է, որ 40-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում ԱՄՆ-ն փորձել է այնտեղից ռազմական և ուժային գործողություններ իրականացնել Իրանի դեմ։
«Սակայն տարածաշրջանում ձեր բարեկամների օգնությամբ և Իրանի զինված ուժերի ժամանակին արձագանքելու շնորհիվ այս թշնամական դավադրությունը տապալվել է», — ասել է Ղալիբաֆը Թալաբանիին։
Նա կոչ է արել ընդլայնել Իրանի տնտեսական, քաղաքական և ուժային համագործակցությունը հարևան երկրների հետ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ Ղալիբաֆը նախազգուշացրել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն և Իսրայելը, չնայած անհաջողություններին, իր կարծիքով, կշարունակեն փորձեր ձեռնարկել տարածաշրջանն ապակայունացնելու համար։
Մասնավորապես, նա Վաշինգտոնին և Թել Ավիվին մեղադրել է հարևան պետությունների, առաջին հերթին Իրանի և Իրաքի միջև, տարաձայնություններ սերմանելու ձգտման մեջ։ Ղալիբաֆը հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն և Իսրայելը ստիպված են եղել լքել Իրաքի տարածքն ու օդային տարածքը, և կոչ է արել Թեհրանին ու Բաղդադին մշտական շփումների և փոխադարձ վստահության շնորհիվ թույլ չտալ լարվածության աճ։
Թալաբանին աջակցել է իրանցի քաղաքական գործչի դիրքորոշմանը։ ՔՀՄ առաջնորդը հայտարարել է, որ իր կուսակցությունը թույլ չի տա օգտագործել Իրաքյան Քուրդիստանը որպես հենակետ Իրանի դեմ ուղղված գործողությունների համար։
«Մենք լիովին պատրաստ ենք կատարել երկու երկրների՝ Իրանի և Իրաքի միջև անվտանգության համաձայնագիրը և ընդլայնել հարաբերությունները», — ասել է նա։
Խոսքը վերաբերում է անվտանգության համաձայնագրին, որը Թեհրանն ու Բաղդադը ստորագրել են 2023 թվականին։ Փաստաթուղթը, մասնավորապես, նախատեսում է միջոցներ՝ թույլ չտալու Իրաքի տարածքի օգտագործումը Իրանի անվտանգությանը սպառնացող գործողությունների համար։
Թալաբանին նաև շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Իրանին անցյալում ՔՀՄ-ին ցուցաբերած աջակցության համար և հայտարարել է, որ Իրանի ու Իրաքի ճակատագրերը սերտորեն կապված են։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ՔՀՄ-ն Իրանի դժվարությունները համարում է իր դժվարությունները, իսկ նրա հաղթանակը՝ իր հաղթանակը։
