Պուտինը վախենում է ավարտել պատերազմը ճակատից վերադարձող զինվորների պատճառով։ Այս մասին ամերիկյան CBS News հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին:
Զելենսկու խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանի նոր ռազմավարությունն է՝ շուրջօրյա քաոս ստեղծել։
«Հենց առավոտից նրանք սկսում են ԱԹՍ-ներ արձակել՝ հինգ, տասը, քսան։ Մեզ համար դա ոչինչ է, բայց ամեն 30 րոպեն, 40 րոպեն, ժամը մեկ։ Իհարկե, երկարները չեն կարող դպրոց գնալ, չեն կարող նորմալ սովորել»,- ասել է Զելենսկին։
Մոլդովայում ԱԹՍ-ների հետ կապված միջադեպերը նախագահը կապել է սեփական թռիչքների հետ։
«Մոլդովայում էր գտնվում իմ նախագահական ինքնաթիռը, և հենց այդ պատճառով նրանք հարձակվեցին Մոլդովայի վրա։ Նրանք օգտագործեցին Մոլդովայի օդային տարածքը։ Երբ մենք վերադառնում էինք տուն՝ կրկին Քիշնևով, նրանք արեցին նույնը»,- պատմել է նա։ Զելենսկին հստակեցրել է, որ խոսքը եղել է մեկ կամ երկու ԱԹՍ-ի մասին, և բոլորը ողջ են։
Նույն տրամաբանությունն է նա տեսնում երկաթգծի վրա հարձակման մեջ, որով ընթանում էին եվրոպական և ամերիկյան խոշոր պատվիրակությունները։
«Հնարավոր է՝ նրանք չգիտեին, որ այնտեղ ինչ-որ ամերիկացիներ կան, իսկ հնարավոր է, ընդհակառակը, գիտեին, որովհետև ես նրանց չեմ վստահում։ Կարծում եմ՝ գիտեին»,- ասել է նախագահը։
Նրա կարծիքով՝ Պուտինը շարունակելու է փորձության ենթարկել Եվրոպան։
«Այս ընտրությունների ժամանակ, վստահ եմ, նա ուժ է ցույց տալու իր ներքին հասարակության համար՝ իմանալով, որ ոչ ոք չի պատասխանի, բացառությամբ, իհարկե, Ուկրաինայի»,- հայտարարել է Զելենսկին։
Գլխավոր պատճառը, որի պատճառով Կրեմլը չի դադարեցնում պատերազմը, նախագահը տեսնում է Պուտինի՝ սեփական կյանքի համար վախի մեջ։ Զելենսկու գնահատմամբ՝ այս տարի Ռուսաստանը զոհվածների տեսքով կկորցնի 300,000 մարդ, իսկ պատերազմի հինգ տարվա ընթացքում՝ մեկ միլիոն։ Նա հղում է արել հետախուզության տվյալներին. Պուտինի շրջապատում հասկանում են, որ հիմա կանգ առնելը հաղթանակ չէ։
«Եթե նա կանգ առնի այս փուլում, ապա վախենում է, որ զինվորները կվերադառնան չարացած և կգնան նրա դեմ»,- բացատրել է նախագահը։
Զելենսկին նշել է նաև պատերազմի գինը։ Ուկրաինան ցանկանում է այս տարի ծախսել 157 միլիարդ, բայց դեֆիցիտը կազմում է 27 միլիարդ։ Ռուսաստանը, նրա խոսքով, ծախսում է 300 միլիարդ, և Կրեմլն արդեն փող չունի սոցիալական ծրագրերի համար։
Ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ Զելենսկին կրկնել է, որ ինքը պատրաստ է դրանք անցկացնել թեկուզ վաղը, բայց ոչ մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ։
«Տվեք մեզ հրադադար մի քանի ամսով։ Այդ ամիսների ընթացքում մենք պետք է գտնենք միջոց, թե ինչպես կանգնեցնել պատերազմը և անցկացնել ընտրություններ»,– ասել է նա։ Խոչընդոտների թվում նախագահը նշել է անվտանգությունը, արտասահմանում գտնվող 9 միլիոն ուկրաինացիներին և օկուպացված տարածքների մարդկանց։
