Անուշ Էլբակյանը նշանակվել է «The Boston Globe»-ի տեսանյութերի ռազմավարության ավագ տնօրեն։
Էլբակյանի մասնագիտական ուղին «Boston Globe»-ում սկսվել է դեռ 2012 թվականին, երբ նա միացել է ընկերությանը որպես պրակտիկանտ։ Այդ ժամանակից ի վեր նա շարունակել է աշխատանքը պարբերականում՝ տարիների ընթացքում կարևոր դեր ունենալով տեսանյութերի ուղղության զարգացման գործում։
«Globe»-ում նշում են, որ Էլբակյանի աշխատանքը զգալի ազդեցություն է ունեցել պարբերականի տեսանյութերի նկատմամբ մոտեցման ձևավորման վրա։ Նրա մասնագիտական փորձը, ստեղծագործական մոտեցումն ու նոր գաղափարներ առաջ տանելու պատրաստակամությունը նպաստել են տեսանյութերի թիմի զարգացմանը։
Ներկայում Էլբակյանը ղեկավարում է «Boston Globe»-ի տեսանյութերի թիմը։ Նրա փորձն ու ոլորտի վերաբերյալ խորքային գիտելիքները, ըստ պարբերականի, օգնում են կազմակերպությանը հարմարվել մեդիա միջավայրի արագ փոփոխություններին և զարգացնել տեսանյութերի բովանդակությունն ու ռազմավարությունը։
Նոր պաշտոնում Էլբակյանը կշարունակի պատասխանատու լինել «Boston Globe»-ի տեսանյութերի ռազմավարության մշակման և զարգացման համար։
