Սեպտեմբերի 14-ին խուլիգանության դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արտաշատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Երևան-Երասխ ավտոճանապարհի՝ Արտաշատ քաղաքի հատվածում գտնվող «Դելիս» գիշերային ակումբում վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի ծառայողները ստացված տվյալներն իրացնելիս ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Արարատի մարզի գումարտակի ծառայողների հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 01։40-ի սահմաններում, նշված գիշերային ակումբի հաճախորդ, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 25-ամյա Սուրեն Խ․-ն, ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, բռնել է գիշերային ակումբի պարուհիներից մեկի մազերից, որին միջամտել են ակումբի մյուս հաճախորդներ՝ Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 30-ամյա Սերգեյ Հ․-ն, նրա եղբայրը՝ 28-ամյա Կարեն Հ․-ն, և նրանց ընկեր, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Շամալ Ու․-ն։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ այդ ամենից հետո նրանք կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը՝ սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ են հնչեցրել միմյանց հասցեին, միմյանց ուղղությամբ նետել են գարեջրի շշեր և բաժակներ, ինչպես նաև փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց։

Նշված վիճաբանությանը միջամտել են ակումբի մյուս հաճախորդներ՝ Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 43-ամյա Էդվարդ Վ․-ն և նրա ընկերուհին՝ 48-ամյա Ալինա Մ․-ն, ովքեր փորձել են բաժանել վերջիններիս, սակայն Սուրեն Խ․-ն գարեջրի շշով մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է Էդվարդ Վ․-ի գլխին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ նույն օրը ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից Սուրեն Խ․-ն, Սերգեյ Հ․-ն, Շամալ Ու․-ն և Էդվարդ Վ․-ն խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են, և ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ Կարեն Հ․-ին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
