7-ամյա աղջիկը փախել է տնից․ նրան շղթայել և ստիպել են կոյուղաջուր խմել

ԱՄՆ Կալիֆոռնիա նահանգում 39-ամյա Դևին Հյուզը և նրա 32-ամյա ընկերուհի Քեյլա Ռեյնոլդսը դատապարտվել են 25 տարվա ազատազրկման՝ Հյուզի 7-ամյա զարմուհու նկատմամբ երկարատև բռնության համար։ Երկուսն էլ մարտին իրենց մեղավոր էին ճանաչել 15 ծանր հանցագործության դրվագներով։
Դեպքը բացահայտվել է 2025 թվականի հուլիսին, երբ աղջիկը կարողացել է դուրս գալ տնից և հասնել հարևանի տուն։ Երեխան օգնություն է խնդրել՝ հայտնելով, որ տանը իրեն ծեծում և բռնության են ենթարկում։ Նրա մարմնին նկատվել են կապտուկներ, սպիներ և այրվածքների հետքեր, իսկ երեխան ակնհայտորեն թերսնված էր։
Իրավապահներին աղջիկը պատմել է, որ իրեն տարբեր եղանակներով պատժել են, այդ թվում՝ շղթայել են վազքուղուն, ստիպել են քնել հատակին, կտրել են մազերը գրպանի դանակով, իսկ վեյփ սարքերով այրվածքներ են հասցրել։ Նա նաև հայտնել է, որ իրեն սովամահ են արել և ստիպել խմել զուգարանի կեղտոտ ջուր։
Տան խուզարկության ժամանակ ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են վկայությունները հաստատող մի շարք իրեր՝ մալուխային կողպեքներ, կապեր և վեյփ սարքեր։ Քննության ընթացքում նաև պարզվել է, որ երեխային ստիպել են թմրանյութեր օգտագործել։
Աղջիկը բուժում է ստացել հիվանդանոցում, որտեղ նրա քաշը վերականգնվել է։ Այժմ նա ապրում է մեկ այլ հարազատի հետ։ Դատախազության փոխանցմամբ՝ երեխայի առողջական վիճակը բարելավվել է, և նա նոր միջավայրում իրեն լավ է զգում։
Հյուզն ու Ռեյնոլդսը սեպտեմբերի 11-ին ստացել են 25 տարվա ազատազրկման պատիժ։
