Իրանն ու Օմանն ավարտին են հասցնում Հորմուզի նեղուցում նավագնացության միջանցք ստեղծելու մասին պայմանավորվածության աշխատանքները, սակայն դա չի նշանակում նեղուցի բացում. այն տեղի կունենա հենց որ ԱՄՆ-ը կատարի Թեհրանի պայմանները, ՌԻԱ Նովոստի-ին հայտնել է Իրանի խորհրդարանի ազգային անվտանգության և արտաքին քաղաքականության հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչ Հասան Գաշգավին։

Իրանի ԱԳՆ-ն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր օմանական կողմի հետ Հորմուզի նեղուցով նավագնացության ժամանակավոր միջանցքի ստեղծման և երթուղու համատեղ ականազերծման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքների մասին, ինչպես նաև պայմանավորվել էր շարունակել քննարկումները այժմ փակ նեղուցով նավագնացության մշտապես գործող միջանցք ստեղծելու շուրջ։

«Ինչ վերաբերում է Հորմուզի նեղուցում միջանցքի, այսինքն՝ նավերի շարժման համակարգի վերաբերյալ Օմանի հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությանը, այն գործնականում մշակվել է մինչև վերջ։ Մենք կրկին ընդգծում ենք, որ Հորմուզի նեղուցում միջանցքի մասին պայմանավորվածությունը չի նշանակում դրա բացում։ Հորմուզի նեղուցը փակ կլինի այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ ԱՄՆ-ը չի ընդունել և չի կատարել Իրանի պայմանները», - ասել է նա։

Նրա խոսքով՝ իրանական զինված ուժերը շարունակելու են վերահսկել Հորմուզի նեղուցը, քանի դեռ ԱՄՆ-ը չի կատարել 14 կետից բաղկացած Իսլամաբադի հուշագրի հիման վրա սահմանված պայմանները, որոնք հունիսին կնքվել էին Թեհրանի և Վաշինգտոնի միջև։
