Կոնվերս Բանկն իր հաճախորդներին առաջարկում է Arca UnionPay քարտեր

Arca ազգային վճարային համակարգի և UnionPay-ի համագործակցության շրջանակում պաշտոնապես տրվել է Հայաստանում Arca UnionPay քարտերի մեկնարկը: Կոնվերս Բանկը Հայաստանում առաջիններից իր քարտապաններին հնարավորություն է տալիս ստանալ մեկ քարտ՝ երկու տեղական և միջազգային քարտերի հնարավորություններով:
Arca UnionPay քարտերի թողարկման մեկնարկի կապակցությամբ հանդիսավոր արարողությունը կայացել է սեպտեմբերի 18-ին: Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ ԿԲ, Armenian Card ազգային վճարային համակարգի, UnionPay International համակարգի, ՀՀ-ում Չինաստանի դեսպանատան, ֆինանսական համակարգի ներկայացուցիչներ:
Կոնվերս Բանկը ներկայացրել է և Բանկի բրենդինգով խորհրդանշական քարտը ստորագրել է Բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն, տնօրինության նախագահ Հրանտ Հակոբյանը:
Նա նշել է. «Այս նախաձեռնությանը առաջիններից միանալը Կոնվերս Բանկի համար բնական է։ Մենք հետևողականորեն ներդնում ենք նոր տեխնոլոգիաներ և ֆինանսական լուծումներ, և այս համագործակցությունն այդ մոտեցման շարունակությունն է:
Կոնվերս Բանկի կողմից Arca UnionPay քարտերի թողարկումը հատկապես կարևորում եմ երկու տեսանկյունից։ Առաջինը մեր հաճախորդների համար ստեղծվող հավելյալ արժեքն է։ Եթե նախկինում Arca քարտի կիրառելիությունը հիմնականում սահմանափակվում էր Հայաստանի վճարային ենթակառուցվածքով, ապա համատեղ քարտով հնարավոր է գործարքներ կատարել նաև UnionPay-ի միջազգային ցանցում՝ օգտվելով երկու համակարգերի առավելություններից։
Մյուս կարևոր ուղղությունը Հայաստանի ազգային վճարային համակարգի միջազգային ինտեգրումն է։ Arca-ի և UnionPay-ի համագործակցությամբ այն կապվում է միջազգային լայն ցանցի հետ՝ ընդլայնելով հայկական բանկերի և նրանց հաճախորդների հասանելիությունը»։
Arca-ի տնօրեն Վարդան Խաչատրյանի խոսքով` «Այս նախագիծն աննախադեպ է ոչ միայն Arca-ի, այլև Հայաստանի վճարահաշվարկային էկոհամակարգի համար։ Երկու ազգային վճարային համակարգերի՝ Arca-ի և UnionPay-ի համագործակցության արդյունքում հայկական բանկերն առաջին անգամ հնարավորություն են ստանում թողարկելու համատեղ քարտ, որի սպասարկումը Հայաստանում իրականացվում է Arca-ի կանոններով, իսկ երկրից դուրս՝ UnionPay-ի սպասարկման ցանցում։
Սա համագործակցության առաջին փուլն է․ նախատեսվում են նաև այլ լուծումներ, այդ թվում՝ արագ դրամական փոխանցումների ուղղությամբ»։
UnionPay International-ի բիզնեսի զարգացման դեպարտամենտի գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Սյան Յուն ասել է. «Arca-ի հետ համագործակցությունը կարևոր քայլ է UnionPay-ի ներկայության ընդլայնման և Հայաստանի վճարային շուկայի հետ ավելի սերտ ինտեգրման ճանապարհին։ Համատեղ քարտի գործարկմամբ մենք միավորում ենք Arca-ի տեղական փորձն ու ենթակառուցվածքը UnionPay-ի միջազգային ցանցի հետ՝ Հայաստանի քարտապաններին հասանելի դարձնելով մեր ծառայություններն աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում։
