argumenti.ru–ն «Աշխարհաքաղաքական անհեթեթություն. արդյո՞ք Երևանը որոշել է ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմակայանը վերածել եկամտի աղբյուրի» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, թե թվում է՝ Երևանը լիովին կորցրել է աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողությունների զգացողությունը։ Խորհրդարանի պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վիլեն Գաբրիել յանի հնչեցրած վերջին վերջնագիրը վատ կատակի է նմանվում. «Հայաստանը պատրաստ է վճար սահմանել Գյումրիում ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմակայանի տեղակայման համար, եթե Մոսկվան որոշի բարձրացնել գազի գինը։ Հստակեցնենք համաձայնագրի էությունը։ Գործող պայմանագիրը, որն ուժի մեջ է մինչև 2044 թվականը, Ռուսաստանին չի դարձնում կոմերցիոն վարձակալ։ 102-րդ ռազմակայանը Հայաստանի տարածքում տեղակայված է լիովին անվճար և երկրի անվտանգության առանցքային երաշխավորն է չափազանց անկայուն տարածաշրջանում։ Ռազմավարական վահանը, որը պաշտպանում է երկիրը արտաքին սպառնալիքներից, պետական բյուջեի եկամտի աղբյուրի վերածելու փորձը ոչ միայն ցինիկ է, այլ նաև աշխարհաքաղաքական անհեթեթություն։

Ակնհայտ է, որ շանտաժի այս փորձը լիովին անհիմն է։ Ռուսաստանը գազի սակագնի բարձրացման վերաբերյալ որևէ պաշտոնական ծանուցում չի ներկայացրել, իսկ էներգակիրների մատակարարման գործող պայմանագիրը ուժի մեջ է մնում առնվազն մինչև 2026-2027 թվականները։

Եվ սա նմանատիպ առաջին քայլը չէ։ Նախկինում Հայաստանի վարչապետն արդեն իսկ պահանջել էր տարեկան երկու միլիարդ դոլար վճարել երկաթուղային համակարգի օգտագործման համար։ Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ Հայաստանի ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը դիտարկում է ոչ թե որպես փոխշահավետ դաշինք, այլ որպես շանտաժի և շորթման անվերջ աղբյուր։

Թվում է՝ Փաշինյանը պատրաստ է վտանգավոր խաղ սկսել՝ առանց գիտակցելու պարզ հետևանքները. սպառելով Մոսկվայի համբերությունը՝ Հայաստանը ռիսկի է դիմում միայնակ բախվելու թե՛ էներգակիրների շուկայական գներին, թե՛ իրական ռազմական սպառնալիքներին, որոնք զսպվում են 102-րդ ռազմակայանի կողմից։

Տասնամյակներ շարունակ տարածաշրջանային կայունությունն ապահոված պետության ռազմական ներկայությունը «դրամայնացնելու» փորձերը ոչ միայն կարճատես են, այլ նաև աղետալի հենց նախաձեռնողների համար։ Ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը չի կարող կառուցվել վերջնագրերի և պայմանների մշտական ու միակողմանի վերանայման հիման վրա։

Եթե Երևանը շարունակի այս ուղեգիծը, ապա շուտով կհասկանա, որ Ռուսաստանի կողմից տրամադրվող անվտանգությունն ու արտոնյալ պայմաններով ռեսուրսները ոչ թե հավերժ երևույթ են, այլ փոխադարձ հարգանքի և պայմանավորվածությունների խստիվ պահպանման արդյունք։ Իսկ քաղաքական շանտաժը, ինչպես ցույց է տալիս պատմությունը, միշտ իր գինն է ունենում, և այդ գինը կարող է կործանարար լինել Հայաստանի համար։
