Կանանց կազմվածքը կարող է լինել մի քանի տիպի, մասնավորապես՝ խնձոր, տանձ, սյուն, ավազի ժամացույց:
Խնձոր
Այս տիպի կազմվածքով կանայք ունեն լայն իրան, փարթամ կուրծք և նեղ կոնքեր: Ընդ որում, այս տիպի կանանց ոտքերը, որպես կանոն, նիհար են կամ բարեկազմ:
Տանձ
Այս տիպի կազմվածք ունեցող կանայք սովորաբար ունենում են ծանր ներքնամաս: Նրանց ուսերը նեղ են, կոնքերը լայն, իրանը լավ ընդգծված:
Սյուն
Այս տիպի կանանց մարմինը տեսանելի կորություններ չունի, միաժամանակ, մարմնի վերին մասը ավելի ծանր է:
Ավազի ժամացույց
Այսպիսի կազմվածքը հավասարակշռված տեսք ունի. կուրծքը և կոնքերը փարթամ են, ընդ որում, սովորաբար ունենում են նույն չափսերը, իրանը բարակ է և, որպես կանոն, կազմում է կոնքերի ծավալի 75% -ը:
Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ կազմվածքի տիպը ազդում է մարդու երկարակեցության վրա: Գիտական հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ այն կանայք, ովքեր ունեն տանձաձև կազմվածք, 10 տարի ավելի երկար են ապրում, քան նրանք, ովքեր խնձորանման կազմվածք ունեն: Հենց փորի շրջակայքի ճարպն էլ կարճացնում է կյանքը, քանի որ մեծ փոր ունեցողների ներքին օրգանները նույնպես տառապում են ճարպից: Որովայնի շրջակայքի ճարպը կարող է խթանել սիրտանոթային համակարգի հիվանդությունների, շաքարախտի, շնչարգելության և շատ այլ հիվանդությունների զարգացումը:
Հետազոտությունները, որնք անցկացվել են ԱՄՆ-ում և Մեծ Բրիտանիայում, հաստատել են, որ, եթե կինը 30 տարեկանում ունենում է խնձորանման կազմվածք, ապա նրա կյանքի տևողությունը կրճատվում է՝ համեմատած տանձանման կազմվածք ունեցող իրենց հասակակիցների:
Այդ հետազոտությունների ղեկավարը պնդում է, որ կյանքի տևողության վրա ազդում է ոչ միայն որովայնի շրջանում կուտակված ճարպը, այլև որովայնային թուլացած մկանները: Շատ կարևոր է համեմատել իրանի և հասակի չափերը. իրանի շրջագիծը չպետք է գերազանցի մարդու հասակի կեսը: Այսպես՝ 164 սմ հասակով կնոջ իրանի շրջագիծը չպետք է գերազանցի 82 սանտիմետրը:
