Ուկրաինան հարվածներ է հասցրել Ուֆայի նավթավերամշակման գործարանի վրա

Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերը սեպտեմբերի 21-ի առավոտյան հարվածներ են հասցրել Ուֆային։ Ըստ ականատեսների վկայությունների, որոնք հրապարակել է Astra պարբերականը, դրանից հետո քաղաքի հյուսիսային արդյունաբերական գոտում հրդեհ է բռնկվել։ Ինչպես հայտնում է «Ասպեկտի-Բաշկորտոստան» տելեգրամյան ալիքը, հարվածի թիրախը «Բաշնեֆտ-Նովոյլ» նավթավերամշակման գործարանն էր։ Տարեկան 7,3 միլիոն տոննա հզորություն ունեցող այս ձեռնարկությունն ապահովում է ռուսաստանյան բարձրօկտանային բենզինի արտադրության շուրջ 10 և տարբեր տեսակի յուղերի (նավային, հիդրավլիկ, շարժիչային) արտադրության ավելի քան 7 տոկոսը։

«Բաշնեֆտ-Ուֆանեֆտեխիմ» և «Բաշնեֆտ-ՈՒՆՎԳ» ընկերությունների հետ այն կազմում է Ուֆայի նավթավերամշակման համալիրը, որի ընդհանուր հզորությունը տարեկան հասնում է 23,5 միլիոն տոննայի։ Գործարաններն ընդգրկող արդյունաբերական գոտին Ուկրաինայի սահմանից հեռու է մոտ 1400 կիլոմետր։

Հանրապետության արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Կիրիլ Պերվովի խոսքով՝ առավոտյան Բաշկորտոստանում անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի (ԱԹՍ) հարձակման վտանգ էր հայտարարվել։ Մարզի տարածքում անջատվել էր բջջային համացանցը։ Ռոսավիացիան սահմանափակումներ էր կիրառել Ուֆայի օդանավակայանի թռիչքների և վայրէջքների համար։ Բնակիչները հայտնում էին քաղաքի հյուսիսային հատվածում լսվող պայթյունների մասին։ ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտնել է, որ Բաշկորտոստանի, ևս 18 շրջանների, ինչպես նաև Սև ծովի ջրային տարածքի վրա խոցվել է 244 ուկրաինական անօդաչու սարք։

Ուֆայում գտնվող այս նավթաքիմիական համալիրը, որը պատկանում է «Ռոսնեֆտի» դուստր կառույցին՝ «Բաշնեֆտին», բազմիցս է դարձել Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի թիրախ։ Նախկինում ուկրաինական դրոնները տեղական նավթավերամշակման գործարաններին հարվածել էին հունիսի 25-ին, հուլիսի 1-ին և 8-ին, ինչպես նաև առնվազն չորս անգամ՝ օգոստոսի ընթացքում։

Հունիսի 16-ին Բաշկորտոստանի ղեկավար Ռադի Խաբիրովը հայտարարել էր, որ հանրապետության իշխանություններն ԱԹՍ-ների դեմ պայքարելու համար մինչև հարյուր «շարժունակ կրակային խումբ» են ստեղծում և արդեն «բավականին լրջորեն զինվել են»։
