Սեպտեմբերի 25-ի առավոտյան Վրաստանում ձերբակալված բելառուս Լև Միխեևին տարել են հայկական սահման։ Ինչպես Միխեևը պատմել է «Позірк» պարբերականին, հիմա նա արդեն հայկական կողմում է, որտեղ ևս նրան ձերբակալել են՝ Բելառուսի իշխանությունների պահանջով միջպետական հետախուզման մեջ գտնվելու հիմքով։ Նա Վրաստանում ապաստան ստանալուն սպասում էր դեռ 2021 թվականից։

Միխեևի խոսքով՝ սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ինքը գնացել էր Թբիլիսիից մոտ 30 կմ հեռու գտնվող Մարտկոպի գյուղի միգրացիոն ծառայություն՝ անձը հաստատող ժամանակավոր փաստաթուղթը փոխելու համար։ Այնտեղ դիմումն ընդունել են ու խնդրել, որ պատասխանի հետևից գնա երկու շաբաթից։

Սակայն երկրորդ անգամ գնալիս աշխատակիցներն ասել են, թե պետք է Թբիլիսի գնալ՝ հարցազրույցի։ Դրանից հետո նրան նստեցրել են մեքենան ու վերցրել հեռախոսը։ Թբիլիսիում Միխեևին մոտ երկու ժամ պահել են աշխատասենյակում (մինչև թարգմանիչ գտնելը)։

Բելառուս տղամարդը պատմում է, որ իր գործով զբաղվող աշխատակիցը հայտարարել է, թե ինքը Վրաստանում ապօրինի է գտնվում, իսկ գործող փաստաթուղթն էլ ոչ մի ուժ չունի։ Միխեևի խոսքով՝ իրեն երկու տարբերակ են տվել՝ կա՛մ ձեռնաշղթաներով ու հարկադրաբար հեռանալ Վրաստանից, կա՛մ կամավոր ընտրել, թե որ երկիր է ուզում գնալ։ Բելառուս վերադառնալուց նա հրաժարվել է՝ բացատրելով, որ ապաստան էր խնդրել հենց հայրենիքում իրեն հետապնդելու պատճառով։

Միխեևը խնդրել է իրեն ժամանակ տալ գոնե մինչև հոկտեմբերի 9-ը՝ փաստաթղթի ժամկետի ավարտը, բայց մերժել են։ Դրանից հետո, ըստ նրա, իրեն նախ տարել են տուն՝ իրերը վերցնելու, հետո բերել միգրացիոն ծառայություն, իսկ այնտեղից արդեն կալանավորների համար նախատեսված մեքենայով տեղափոխել Հայաստանի սահման։

Նա պնդում է, որ Հայաստանն ինքն է ընտրել։ Նրա խոսքով՝ արտաքսման հարցով ոչ մի դատարան չի եղել, իսկ վրացական իշխանություններն իրեն ստիպել են վրացերենով ինչ-որ թղթեր ստորագրել, որոնց բովանդակությունն ինքը չի հասկացել։

Արդեն հայկական սահմանին Միխեևին ձերբակալել են, քանի որ Մինսկի հարցմամբ նրա անունը ներառված է ԱՊՀ միջպետական հետախուզման ցուցակներում։

Վրաստանում բնակվող բելառուս իրավապաշտպան Ռոման Կիսլյակը «Позірк»-ին պատմել է, որ Միխեևին տանելուց հետո փորձել է միգրացիոն ծառայության ու ոստիկանության միջոցով պարզել նրա տեղը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ բելառուս տղամարդը որոշ ժամանակ կտրված է եղել արտաքին աշխարհից ու կապի դուրս չի եկել։

Կիսլյակը նաև հայտնել է, որ միայն այս ամենից հետո է պարզվել՝ Թբիլիսիի վերաքննիչ դատարանը Միխեևի գործով որոշում էր կայացրել, այն էլ հավանաբար դեռ հուլիսին։ Իրավապաշտպանն անձամբ չի տեսել այդ որոշումը և հիմա փորձում է պարզել դրա բովանդակությունը։

Ավելի վաղ՝ սեպտեմբերի 25-ին, Կիսլյակը հայտնել էր Վրաստանում Միխեևի ձերբակալման մասին։ Այն ժամանակ նա ենթադրում էր, որ նրան գուցե արտաքսման են պատրաստում, քանի որ գործը վերաքննիչ դատարանում էր։
