Պուտինն արգելել է նավթագործարանների աշխատանքի և վառելիքի արտադրության մասին տվյալների հրապարակումը

Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը երեկ հրամանագիր է ստորագրել, որը սահմանափակում է հասանելիությունը վառելիքի և էներգետիկայի ոլորտի տեղեկատվությանը, տեղեկացնում է «Ազատության» ռուսական ծառայությունը:
Ըստ հրամանագրի՝ նավթավերամշակման գործարաններում վառելիքի վերամշակման և արտադրության ծավալների, բենզինի և դիզելային վառելիքի վաճառքի, ինչպես նաև դրանց տեղափոխման երթուղիների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը կդառնա գաղտնի:
Նման տեղեկատվության հրապարակային տարածումը, այդ թվում՝ լրատվամիջոցներում և առցանց, արգելվում է: Հրամանագիրը չի տարածվում այն հաշվետվությունների վրա, որոնք ընկերություններն իրենք են հրապարակում:
Փաստաթղթում նշվում է, որ վառելիքի տեղեկատվությանը հասանելիության սահմանափակումը կիրառվում է «ԱՄՆ-ի և նրա դաշնակից օտարերկրյա պետությունների ու միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ոչ բարեկամական և միջազգային իրավունքին հակասող գործողություններին ի պատասխան անհապաղ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու անհրաժեշտությամբ» պայմանավորված։
Հրամանագրում չի նշվում, թե որոնք են օտարերկրյա պետությունների կոնկրետ գործողությունները, որ հանգեցրել են այսպիսի արձագանքի։
Ուկրաինան 2026 թվականին զգալիորեն ավելացրել է անօդաչու թռչող սարքերով հարվածները Ռուսաստանի նավթավերամշակման ենթակառուցվածքներին: Միջազգային էներգետիկ գործակալության տվյալներով, որոնք մեջբերել է Reuters-ը, տարվա առաջին ութ ամիսներին Ռուսաստանի նավթավերամշակման գործարաններից յուրաքանչյուր հարձակման է ենթարկվել միջինը երեք օրը մեկ անգամ:
Հունիսին Ռուսաստանում նավթավերամշակման ծավալները նվազել են մոտ 30%-ով՝ համեմատած 2025 թվականի նույն ամսվա հետ՝ հասնելով 2004 թվականից ի վեր ամենացածր մակարդակին: Բենզինի արտադրությունը նվազել է մոտ մեկ հինգերորդով:
