Բենզինը կրկին թանկացել է

Հայաստանում բենզինի գները կրկին բարձրացել են։ Սեպտեմբերի վերջին լցակայաններում սովորական բենզինի՝ AI-92-ի գինը հասել է մոտ 600 դրամի, իսկ AI-95-ը վաճառվում է մոտ 620-630 դրամով։ Դիզելային վառելիքի գինը որոշ լցակայաններում հասնում է մոտ 710 դրամի։

Այսպիսով, վառելիքի շուկայում արձանագրվել է հերթական թանկացումը, իսկ որոշ վաճառողների մոտ գները հասել են վերջին տարիների առավելագույն մակարդակների։

Թանկացումը միայն վերջին օրերի պատմությունը չէ։ Վերջին ամիսներին բենզինի գները աստիճանաբար բարձրացել են, իսկ շուկայի վրա շարունակում են ազդել միջազգային նավթամթերքի գները, մատակարարումների և լոգիստիկայի ծախսերը։

Հայաստանի Մրցակցության և սպառողների շահերի պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովը հայտարարել է, որ հետևում է բենզինի շուկայում գնային փոփոխություններին և ուսումնասիրում է դրանց հիմնավորվածությունը։ Հանձնաժողովը նշել է, որ միջազգային բորսաներում բենզինի գների աճ է արձանագրվել, որը, հաշվի առնելով նաև լոգիստիկ ծախսերն ու հարկերը, կարող է ազդել Հայաստանի շուկայի վրա։

Միջազգային շուկայում իրավիճակը նույնպես անկայուն է։ Նավթի և նավթամթերքի գների վրա ազդում են մատակարարումների հետ կապված ռիսկերը և աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակը։ Հայաստանի համար սա կարևոր է, քանի որ երկիրը վառելիքի զգալի մասը ներմուծում է։

Past.am-ի հետևած շուկայական տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ այս պահին բենզինի էժանացման մասին խոսելու հիմքեր դեռ չկան։ Միաժամանակ Past.am-ը նշում է, որ առաջիկայում գների հետագա շարժը մեծապես կախված կլինի միջազգային շուկայում նավթի ու նավթամթերքի գներից, ներմուծման պայմաններից և ներքին մրցակցությունից։

Վարորդների համար թանկացման ազդեցությունն արդեն բավական նկատելի է։ Օրինակ՝ 50 լիտր AI-92 բենզին 600 դրամ գնով լիցքավորելու դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է վճարել մոտ 30 հազար դրամ։ Եթե նույն ծավալի գինը հասնի 620 դրամի, ծախսը կկազմի արդեն 31 հազար դրամ։

Բենզինի թանկացումը կարող է անդրադառնալ նաև այլ ապրանքների ու ծառայությունների վրա, քանի որ վառելիքի արժեքը ներառված է բեռնափոխադրումների, առաքումների և բազմաթիվ ոլորտների ծախսերում։

Այս պահին գլխավոր հարցը մնում է այն, թե 600 դրամի սահմանը կդառնա՞ նոր նորմ, թե՞ միջազգային շուկայի կայունացման դեպքում բենզինի գները հետագայում կսկսեն նվազել։ Վերջնական պատկերը մեծապես կախված կլինի առաջիկա շաբաթների ընթացքում նավթի համաշխարհային գների և մատակարարումների փոփոխությունից։
