Դեղերի գների տարբերությունը Հայաստանում և Վրաստանում. քաղաքացիների համար դեղորայքը դառնում է ավելի քիչ հասանելի

Հայաստանում առաջին անհրաժեշտության մի շարք ապրանքների թանկացման ֆոնին առանձնահատուկ մտահոգիչ է դեղորայքի գների հարցը։ Շատ քաղաքացիների համար անհրաժեշտ դեղամիջոցների ձեռքբերումը դարձել է լուրջ ֆինանսական բեռ, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում՝ լրացուցիչ ծախս, որից պարզապես հնարավոր չէ խուսափել։ 

Խնդրի մասշտաբը պատկերացնելու համար բավական է համեմատել նույն անվանումով դեղերի արժեքը մեր և հարևան երկրում։ Պատկերը, մեղմ ասած, մտահոգիչ է․ 

Սրտանոթային խնդիրներ ունեցողների համար լայնորեն կիրառվող «Կոնկորը» Հայաստանում արժե 4,900 դրամ, մինչդեռ Վրաստանում այն կարելի է ձեռք բերել 4,322 դրամով։ Նույն խմբի դեղերից «Պրեստանսի» դեպքում հայաստանյան սպառողը վճարում է 5,700 դրամ՝ վրացական 4,354 դրամի դիմաց, «Նեբիլետ Պլյուսը» մեզ մոտ արժե 4,350 դրամ, իսկ Վրաստանում՝ 3,809 դրամ, իսկ «Կո-Ամլեսսան» Հայաստանում վաճառվում է 4,850 դրամով՝ հարևան երկրի 3,522 դրամի համեմատ։ 

Արյան ճնշման և ռիթմի կարգավորման հանրաճանաչ միջոցներից «Էնապի» գինը Հայաստանում կազմում է 900 դրամ, իսկ Վրաստանում՝ ընդամենը 483 դրամ։ «Կորդարոնի» պարագայում տարբերությունը նույնպես ակնհայտ է՝ 2,700 դրամ՝ 2,098 դրամի դիմաց, իսկ «Կոպլավիքսը» մեզ մոտ արժե 9,400 դրամ, մինչդեռ Վրաստանում՝ 8,670 դրամ։ 

Ավելի ցնցող են տարբերությունները շաքարային դիաբետի և խոլեստերինի իջեցման համար նախատեսված դեղերի դեպքում։ Օրինակ՝ «Մետֆորմին Դենկի» արժեքը Հայաստանում 4,260 դրամ է, իսկ Վրաստանում՝ գրեթե երեք անգամ էժան՝ 1,596 դրամ։ Խոլեստերինը կարգավորող «Ատորիսը» Հայաստանում արժե 2,800 դրամ, իսկ Վրաստանում՝ 1,546 դրամ, մինչդեռ «Ռոզուլիպի» դեպքում գները համապատասխանաբար կազմում են 7,800 դրամ և 7,660 դրամ։ 

Ինչ վերաբերում է հակաբիոտիկներին և ստամոքսաղիքային դեղամիջոցներին, ապա լայնորեն կիրառվող «Ամոքսիկլավը» Հայաստանում վաճառվում է 4,140 դրամով, իսկ Վրաստանում՝ 2,472 դրամով։ Ստամոքսի խնդիրների դեպքում նշանակվող «Օմեպրազոլի» ներկայացված գինը Հայաստանում հասնում է 5,360 դրամի, մինչդեռ Վրաստանում այն արժե ընդամենը 1,141 դրամ՝ ավելի քան 4․5 անգամ էժան։ Նույն ոլորտի «Լանզոպտոլ» դեղամիջոցը մեզ մոտ արժե 4,250 դրամ, իսկ հարևան երկրում՝ 1,907 դրամ։ 

Շնչառական և ալերգիկ խնդիրներ ունեցողների համար պատկերը պակաս մտահոգիչ չէ։ Ասթմայի դեպքում կիրառվող «Սերետայդ» աերոզոլը Հայաստանում արժե 15,050 դրամ, իսկ Վրաստանում՝ 8,823 դրամ (տարբերությունը՝ մոտ 75 տոկոս)։ «Սալբուտամոլը» մեզ մոտ վաճառվում է 2,500 դրամով՝ վրացական 1,674 դրամի դիմաց։ Ալերգիայի դեմ նախատեսված «Ալեր Ջի»-ն (Վրաստանում՝ «Ալերտեկ») Հայաստանում արժե 2,990 դրամ, իսկ Վրաստանում՝ ավելի քան երեք անգամ մատչելի՝ 940 դրամ։ 

Մաշկային և հակավիրուսային միջոցներից «Ացիկլովիր Դենկը» Հայաստանում արժե 4,100 դրամ՝ Վրաստանի 2,428 դրամի համեմատ, իսկ «Կլոտրիմազոլը» մեզ մոտ վաճառվում է 1,000 դրամով, մինչդեռ հարևան երկրում՝ 726 դրամով։ 

Ներկայացված տվյալների համաձայն՝ նշված բոլոր 18 դիրքերի դեպքում էլ Հայաստանում արձանագրված գինը նկատելիորեն բարձր է Վրաստանի համեմատ։ 

Այս թվերը կարևոր հարց են առաջացնում՝ ինչո՞ւ նույն կամ համադրելի դեղամիջոցների համար Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները որոշ դեպքերում ստիպված են զգալիորեն ավելի բարձր գին վճարել։ 

Պարզվում է՝ խնդրի պատճառներից մեկը Հայաստանի դեղորայքի շուկայի կարգավորման և ներմուծման քաղաքականությունն է։ Գործող քաղաքականությունը սահմանափակում է միջազգային, այդ թվում՝ եվրոպական արտադրողների և մատակարարների համար հայկական շուկա մուտք գործելու հնարավորությունները, ինչն իր հերթին կարող է սահմանափակել մրցակցությունը և գնային ճնշումը։ 

Դեղորայքը շքեղություն չէ։ Անհրաժեշտ դեղամիջոցների հասանելիությունն առաջին հերթին սոցիալական և առողջապահական խնդիր է։
