Տարադրամի փոխարժեքները հոկտեմբերի 3-ին․ ռուբլին կթանկանա՞

Հայաստանի արտարժույթի շուկայում հոկտեմբերի առաջին օրերին հիմնական արժույթների նկատմամբ դրամը շարունակում է համեմատաբար ամուր դիրքում մնալ։ Հոկտեմբերի 3-ի համար ԿԲ-ի վերջին հասանելի պաշտոնական տվյալները հոկտեմբերի 2-ի դրությամբ են։

Ըստ ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի՝ 1 ԱՄՆ դոլարը 362.55 դրամ է, 1 եվրոն՝ 407.29 դրամ, իսկ 1 ռուսական ռուբլին՝ 4.3363 դրամ։ Հոկտեմբերի 1-ի համեմատ դոլարը նվազել է 0.27 դրամով, եվրոն՝ 2.41 դրամով, իսկ ռուբլին՝ 0.012 դրամով։

Այսինքն՝ վերջին պաշտոնական տվյալներով ռուբլին նույնպես փոքր-ինչ էժանացել է։ Բայց արդյո՞ք առաջիկայում այն կրկին կթանկանա։

Ռուսաստանի Կենտրոնական բանկի տվյալներով՝ հոկտեմբերի 3-ին դոլարի պաշտոնական փոխարժեքը ռուբլու նկատմամբ սահմանվել է 83.4839 ռուբլի, մինչդեռ նախորդ օրվա համար այն 83.2454 էր։ Այսինքն՝ ռուբլին դոլարի նկատմամբ փոքր-ինչ թուլացել է։

Հայաստանում, սակայն, ռուբլու գինը կախված է ոչ միայն ռուսական արժույթի ներքին շարժից, այլև դրամ-դոլար հարաբերակցությունից, շուկայում ռուբլու պահանջարկից, փոխանցումների ծավալներից և այլ գործոններից։

Past.am-ի հետևած վերջին տվյալներով՝ այս պահին ռուբլու կտրուկ թանկացման մասին հաստատված հիմքեր չկան։ Միևնույն ժամանակ Past.am-ը նշում է, որ ռուբլու գինը կարող է արագ փոխվել, հատկապես եթե ռուսական շուկայում տեղի ունենան էական փոփոխություններ։

Փոխանակման շուկայում հոկտեմբերի 2-ին ռուբլու առավելագույն առքի արժեքը հասել է 4.22 դրամի, իսկ վաճառքի նվազագույնը՝ 4.45 դրամի։ Այսինքն՝ բանկերում և փոխանակման կետերում քաղաքացիների համար գործող գները կարող են տարբերվել ԿԲ-ի պաշտոնական փոխարժեքից։

Օրինակ՝ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան բանկի հոկտեմբերի 3-ի հրապարակված տվյալներով՝ ռուբլու առքի փոխարժեքը նշված է 4.08 դրամ, իսկ վաճառքինը՝ 4.38 դրամ։

Այսպիսով, հոկտեմբերի 3-ի դրությամբ ռուբլին Հայաստանում պաշտոնական փոխարժեքով 4.3363 դրամ է։ Վերջին օրերին այն փոքր-ինչ նվազել է, և առաջիկայում թանկանալու կամ էժանանալու հստակ ուղղություն դեռ հնարավոր չէ վստահորեն ասել։

Եթե ռուսական շուկայում ռուբլին շարունակի թուլանալ, դա կարող է սահմանափակել նաև Հայաստանում դրա թանկացման հնարավորությունը։ Իսկ հակառակ ուղղությամբ շարժի դեպքում ռուբլու արժեքը Հայաստանում նույնպես կարող է բարձրանալ։
