Flydubai-ի չվերթի երկրորդ օդաչուն կացնով հարձակվել է հրամանատարի վրա․ ԱՄԷ-ի դատախազություն

Դուբայից Թել Ավիվ ուղևորվող «Flydubai» ավիաընկերության FZ1073 չվերթի երկրորդ օդաչուն թռիչքի ընթացքում փորձել է ահաբեկչական գործողություն իրականացնել՝ հարձակվելով օդանավի հրամանատարի վրա և փորձելով իր ձեռքը վերցնել ինքնաթիռի կառավարումը։ Շաբաթ օրը այս մասին հայտարարել է ԱՄԷ գլխավոր դատախազ Համադ Սաիֆ Ալ-Շամսին, հայտնում է WAM պետական լրատվական գործակալությունը։

Դատախազի խոսքով՝ երկրորդ օդաչուն խցիկում կացնով հարձակվել է հրամանատարի վրա, որից հետո փորձել է ստանձնել ինքնաթիռի կառավարումը։ Քննությունը շարունակվում է. իրավապահները պարզում են պատահարի հանգամանքները, հարձակվողի դրդապատճառներն ու հնարավոր կապերը, ինչպես նաև ուսումնասիրում են իրեղեն և թվային ապացույցները։

Դուբայից Թել Ավիվ FZ1073 չվերթն իրականացվել է սեպտեմբերի 30-ին։ Թռիչքի ընթացքում խցիկում ծեծկռտուք է բռնկվել, ինչից հետո անձնակազմն ու օդանավում գտնվող անձինք միջամտել են իրավիճակին։ Ինքնաթիռը փոխել է երթուղին և արտակարգ վայրէջք կատարել Սաուդյան Արաբիայի Թաբուկ քաղաքի օդանավակայանում։ Անձնակազմի մի քանի անդամներ վնասվածքներ են ստացել։

Reuters-ի տվյալներով՝ օդանավում 174 մարդ է եղել։ Միջադեպի ընթացքում ինքնաթիռը կարճ ժամանակում կորցրել է ավելի քան 16 հազար ֆուտ բարձրություն։ Վիրավոր հրամանատարին հաջողվել է բացել խցիկի դուռը, ինչից հետո ուղևորներն ու օդանավում գտնվող մյուս օդաչուները օգնել են վնասազերծել հարձակվողին։ Արդյունքում ինքնաթիռն ապահով վայրէջք է կատարել Թաբուկում։

Սկզբնապես ԱՄԷ իշխանությունները տեղի ունեցածն անվանում էին լոկ «անվտանգության հետ կապված միջադեպ»՝ ընդգծելով, որ պատճառներն ու հանգամանքները պարզվում են։ Հոկտեմբերի 1-ին գլխավոր դատախազը կարգադրել է հատուկ քննչական խումբ ստեղծել և առանձին հանձնարարել է ստուգել տեղի ունեցածի հնարավոր կապը ահաբեկչական գործունեության հետ, նախնական պլանավորման կամ դրսից ստացված հրահանգների առկայությունը։

Այժմ ԱՄԷ դատախազությունը պաշտոնապես որակել է երկրորդ օդաչուի գործողությունները որպես «ահաբեկչական» հարձակման փորձ։ Ընդ որում, նրա դրդապատճառների և հնարավոր կապերի քննությունը դեռ շարունակվում է։

Միջադեպից հետո «Flydubai»-ն ժամանակավորապես դադարեցրել է չվերթերը դեպի Իսրայել և հակառակ ուղղությամբ։ Իսրայելը նույնպես հայտարարել է դեպի երկիր թռիչքներ իրականացնող օդաչուների ստուգումների խստացման մասին։
